Description
図1は、この発明の実施の形態1における電磁駆動弁を示す断面図である。本実施の形態における電磁駆動弁は、ガソリンエンジンやディーゼルエンジンなどの内燃機関の機関バルブ(吸気弁または排気弁)を構成している。本実施の形態では、電磁駆動弁が吸気弁を構成している場合について説明を行なうが、排気弁を構成する場合であっても、電磁駆動弁は、同様の構造を備える。
図6は、この発明の実施の形態2における電磁駆動弁で用いられるディスクを示す斜視図である。本実施の形態における電磁駆動弁は、実施の形態1における電磁駆動弁10と比較して、基本的には同様の構造を備える。以下、重複する構造については説明を繰り返さない。
図8は、この発明の実施の形態3における電磁駆動弁を示す断面図である。以下、実施の形態1における電磁駆動弁10と比較して、重複する構造については説明を繰り返さない。
Claims (3)
- 弁軸を有し、前記弁軸が延びる方向に沿って往復運動する駆動弁と、
当接面を有し、前記駆動弁と距離を隔てた位置に設けられた支持部材と、
前記弁軸に連結された一方端から前記支持部材に揺動自在に支持された他方端に向けて延び、前記他方端に位置して形成された基部と、前記基部から前記一方端に渡って形成されたアーム部とを有する揺動部材と、
前記アーム部に向い合う表面を有し、前記揺動部材に電磁力を作用させる電磁石とを備え、
前記揺動部材が前記電磁石に引き寄せられた場合に、前記当接面と前記基部とが当接し、かつ、前記表面と前記アーム部との間に、隙間が形成される、電磁駆動弁。 - 前記揺動部材は、前記アーム部の厚みが前記基部の厚みよりも小さくなるように形成されている、請求項1に記載の電磁駆動弁。
- 前記基部は、前記アーム部と比較して、高強度材料から形成されている、請求項1または2に記載の電磁駆動弁。
