Claims (5)
- 駆動モーターと、前記駆動モーターによって回転するインペラと、前記インペラにガスが吸入されるように設けられたガス吸入部及び前記インペラからガスが排出されるように設けられたガス排出部と、を備えたターボ圧縮機において、
前記ガス吸入部と前記ガス排出部との間に、前記インペラの羽根と離隔して設けられたシュラウドと;
前記シュラウドに前記インペラの回転方向に前記ガス排出部を向いて傾斜配置された複数の円弧形状のチャネルと;
を含み、
複数の前記円弧形状のチャネルは、前記シュラウドの半径方向に隣接するもの同士の入口側の端部と出口側の端部とが、前記シュラウドの半径方向に重なり合うように配置されていることを特徴とするターボ圧縮機。 - 前記複数のチャネルは、前記ガス排出部と近接する前記シュラウドのガス排出部の領域に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のターボ圧縮機。
- 前記複数のチャネルのそれぞれは、ガス排出方向に離隔して重畳されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のターボ圧縮機。
- 前記ガス吸入部と前記複数のチャネルとの間に、前記シュラウドに前記インペラの回転方向に沿って配置された少なくとも一つの補助チャネルをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のターボ圧縮機。
- 前記チャネル及び前記補助チャネルは、前記シュラウドに陥没形成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のターボ圧縮機。
