Description
しかしながら、上記反応の反応性は非常に低く、収率も非常に悪い。
3Lフラスコに、ハロゲン化モノアルキルアンモニウムとしてモノメチルアミン塩酸塩(250g)、およびモノクロロベンゼン(1125mL)を入れ、130℃まで昇温させた。このフラスコ内に、三塩化ホウ素(480g)を−70℃のコンデンサーで液化させながら、約14時間かけて滴下した。その後、2時間還流させ、室温まで冷却した。フラスコを氷浴で冷却しながら、トリアルキルアミンとしてトリエチルアミン(1122g)を滴下した。トリエチルアミンの滴下終了後、室温で3時間攪拌、その後還流温度で3時間攪拌し、B,B’,B”−トリクロロ−N,N’,N”−トリメチルボラジンの合成反応を進行させた。
2Lフラスコに、ハロゲン化モノアルキルアンモニウムとしてモノメチルアミン塩酸塩(250g)、およびモノクロロベンゼン(1125mL)を入れ、130℃まで昇温させた。このフラスコ内に、三塩化ホウ素(480g)を−70℃のコンデンサーで液化させながら、約14時間かけて滴下した。三塩化ホウ素の滴下終了後、反応温度を130℃〜135℃に保ちながら45時間攪拌し、B,B’,B”−トリクロロ−N,N’,N”−トリメチルボラジンの合成反応を進行させた。
実施例1および比較例1から明らかなように、反応系中にトリアルキルアミンを存在させることによって、反応時間が大きく短縮し、収率が大きく向上する。具体的には、比較例1では三塩化ホウ素の滴下終了後、反応を熟成させるために45時間を要し、収率は49.7%である。これに対し、実施例1では、反応を熟成させるために必要な時間はわずか8時間であり、収率も63.0%と向上した。
Claims (2)
- 三塩化ホウ素とハロゲン化モノアルキルアンモニウムとを、トリアルキルアミンの存在下で反応させる、B,B’,B”−トリクロロ−N,N’,N”−トリアルキルボラジンの製造方法。
- 三塩化ホウ素とハロゲン化モノアルキルアンモニウムとを、トリアルキルアミンの存在下で反応させ、得られたB,B’,B”−トリクロロ−N,N’,N”−トリアルキルボラジンとグリニャール試薬とを反応させる、ヘキサアルキルボラジンの製造方法。
