Description
−少なくとも1つのリブを備えている少なくとも1つのいわゆる作動鋼板であって、当該リブが、ガスケットの内側に向かって配向されているとともに、1つ又は複数の前記第一の開口部を中心として設けられている少なくとも1つの作動鋼板と、
−1つ又は複数の第一の開口部の周辺に配置され、リブの圧縮が制限されるように構成されているストッパと呼ばれる少なくとも1つの肉厚部分と、
−ストッパの存在によりもたらされる応力が、リブの両側で一様となるように、バランスされるように位置決めされている少なくとも1つの肉厚領域とを含み、
肉厚領域が、中間鋼板の少なくとも一方の面から突出する複数の止め部を含み、止め部の各々が連続する側壁を有し、かつ一方の面に突出部が形成され、もう一方の面に凹部が形成されるように中間鋼板が塑性変形されていることを特徴とするガスケットにより解決される。

Claims (5)
- 少なくとも1つの第一の開口部(112)を含むガスケットであって、
−少なくとも1つのリブ(122)を備えている少なくとも1つの作動鋼板であって、当該リブが、ガスケットの内側に向かって配向されているとともに、1つ又は複数の前記第一の開口部(112)を中心として設けられている少なくとも1つの作動鋼板(118)と、
−前記1つ又は複数の第一の開口部(112)の周辺に配置され、リブの圧縮を制限するように構成されているストッパと呼ばれる少なくとも1つの肉厚部分(124)と、
−前記ストッパの存在によりもたらされる応力が前記リブ(122)の両側でバランスされるように、前記リブ(122)の外側に位置決めされている少なくとも1つの肉厚領域(32)とを含み、
前記肉厚領域(32)が、中間鋼板(30)の少なくとも一方の面から突出する複数の止め部(34)を含み、当該止め部(34)の各々が連続する側壁を有し、かつ一方の面に突出部が形成され、もう一方の面に凹部が形成されるように当該中間鋼板が塑性変形されているガスケット。 - 前記肉厚領域(32)が、前記ガスケットの周辺部及び前記第一の開口部(112)の周辺部に設けられている請求項1に記載のガスケット。
- 前記肉厚領域(32)が、前記中間鋼板(30)の両面に突出する止め部(34)を、好ましくは交互に突出する止め部(34)を含む請求項1又は2に記載のガスケット。
- 前記止め部(34)が、前記中間鋼板(30)の面にほぼ垂直な少なくとも1つの方向に沿って塑性変形及び/又は弾性変形可能である請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のガスケット。
- 断面において、前記止め部(34)の端部の寸法aが底部の寸法bよりも大きい請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のガスケット。
