Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a connection part of a bus duct constituting an electric trunk line in an office building or the like, and particularly used for taking out a branch circuit. About.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a bus duct is used when an electric trunk line is configured in an office building or the like. When branching of the bus duct is required, plug-in branch terminals such as a branch box are inserted from the plug-in branch opening portion of the branch bus duct, and the branch circuit is taken out from a necessary position. . For this reason, a branching bus duct must be provided in advance at a place where branching will be required in the future.
[0003]
As a specific example of such a branching bus duct, for example, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 49-44387, a branching bus duct connecting portion is arranged at a predetermined branching point, and a branch is made by inserting a plug-in branching terminal into this branching duct. There is something to do.
[0004]
Also, as shown in Japanese Patent Publication Nos. 49-44388 and 50-30278, a branchable bus duct connecting portion is provided at a branching point, and a branch can be made by inserting a plug-in branching terminal into the branching point. In both cases, when the branching of the bus duct is unnecessary, the plug-in branch opening part into which the plug branching terminal is inserted is covered with a lid, and this is stopped with a screw or the like.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-described branchable bus duct connecting portion, there is no disclosure about the processing of the plug-in branch opening portion for inserting a plug-in branch terminal such as a branch box, or a lid body. Only the covering configuration is disclosed. If the plug branch branch opening is left open when branching is unnecessary, foreign matter may enter the opening and cause a short circuit or ground fault. When the open part for use is covered or removed with a lid, there has been a problem that it becomes expensive.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, and in a branchable bus duct connecting portion disposed at a predetermined position, it can be handled very easily from any bus duct connecting portion at any time when branching is required. An object of the present invention is to provide a bus duct connection portion that can be made at low cost.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the bus duct connecting portion according to the present invention, a conductor end of a bus duct to be connected is inserted between each of a plurality of insulating separators arranged at a predetermined interval and connected to each other, and tightened with fasteners from both sides of the insulating separator. In the connecting portion of the bus duct to be worn, a receiving connection portion of the branch terminal is formed at the connection portion between the conductor ends, and the open surface where the receiving connection portion is located is covered with a removable cover member, A knockout portion capable of forming an opening into which the branch terminal can be inserted is provided at a location corresponding to the receiving connection portion, and further, the outer surface of the knockout portion is positioned outside the opening. It is characterized in that the opening can be formed by punching out the knockout portion with the cover member removed .
[0008]
For example, the in-phase conductor ends of the bus ducts to be connected are connected to face each other along the conductive connection member, or the in-phase conductor ends of the bus ducts to be connected are overlapped to directly or electrically connect the conductive connection member. Insulating separators are interposed between the different-phase conductor ends and between the outermost conductor ends and the duct side plate joint plate provided on the outside, and the fasteners inserted through the insulating sleeve are passed through them. In the bus duct connection part that is tightened together by, for example, forming a receiving connection part that can accept the branch terminal at the connection part of the in-phase conductor ends, and covering the open surface corresponding to the branch where the receiving connection part is located The cover member has a knockout portion that can form an opening of a size that allows at least a branching terminal to be inserted when branching is required at a location corresponding to the receiving connection portion. It is those that are provided.
[0009]
Further, in the bus duct connecting portion, at least the knockout portion is made of plastic, more preferably, the cover member provided with the knockout portion is made of plastic. The plastic is preferably a temperature indicating material that changes color at a predetermined temperature or higher or a transparent material.
[0010]
[Action]
The branchable bus duct connecting portion according to the present invention is such that, with respect to the butt type bus duct connecting portion, the overlapping type bus duct connecting portion, and the like, an open portion for receiving a plug-in branch terminal is covered with a cover member, and at least a plug is connected to the cover member. A knockout portion having a size capable of inserting an in-branch terminal is formed. In addition, with respect to the bus duct connecting portions arranged at the connecting locations where all future branching is necessary, the knockout portion is formed in the cover member in advance, so that when the branching is necessary, the knockout portion is replaced with a hammer or the like. By punching out, the opening for plug-in branching is easily formed. Therefore, it is possible to branch very easily from any connection portion at any time as needed while preventing dust from entering the bus duct connection portion as much as possible.
[0011]
Furthermore, the whole cover member provided with the knockout portion and the knockout portion of the bus duct connecting portion is made of plastic, so that the insulation can be very excellent. In addition, when it is made of a temperature indicating material plastic, it is easy to recognize abnormal parts due to discoloration, and when it is made of transparent plastic, it is possible to visually check the connection state in the bus duct connection part. Therefore, it is not necessary to remove the cover member of the bus duct connection part at the time of inspection, and the inspection work is facilitated, which is preferable.
[0012]
In particular, when the entire cover member provided with the knockout portion is made of plastic, the knockout portion can be easily formed in the manufacturing process, the manufacturing cost can be reduced, and the weight of the cover member can be reduced. .
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Below, although concrete embodiment of the bus duct connection part concerning the present invention is described according to a drawing, the technical idea of the present invention is not limited by this embodiment.
[0014]
Specific examples of the bus duct connecting portion of the present invention are shown in FIGS. FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a bus duct connecting portion, FIG. 2 is a partially cut plan view showing a non-covered bus duct connecting portion with a cover member removed, and FIG. 3 is a bus duct connecting in which a plug-in branch opening is in an open state. FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a cover member in which the plug-in branch opening is in an open state, and FIG. 5 is a front view showing a state in which the bus duct connecting portion and the branch box are connected by the plug-in branch terminals. FIG. 6 and FIG. 6 are partially cut front views showing a main part in a state where the bus duct connecting part and the branching box are connected by the plug-in branching terminals.
[0015]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a plurality of plate-shaped insulating separators 2 are arranged at a predetermined interval on the bus duct connecting portion 1, and the duct side plate joint is connected to the outside of the insulating separator 2 located on both sides. For example, two conductive connecting members 4 are provided between the insulating separators 2 along the insulating separators 2. Substantially rectangular insertion holes 2a and 4a are formed at substantially the center of the insulating separator 2 and the conductive connection member 4, and the insulating sleeve 5 is inserted into the insertion holes 2a and 4a. Furthermore, bolt insertion holes 3a and 5a for inserting bolts 6a as fasteners are formed at substantially the center of the duct side plate joint plate 3 and the insulating sleeve 5 to be inserted.
[0016]
The insulating separator 2, the duct side plate joint plate 3, and the conductive connection member 4 are preliminarily fastened by a fastening tool such as a bolt 6 a or a nut 6 b such that the bolt 6 a is inserted into the bolt insertion hole 5 a of the insulating sleeve 5. The unit is temporarily assembled even when the bus duct 7 is not connected.
[0017]
At the end of the bus duct 7 to be connected, three or more plate-like conductor end portions 8 are provided at predetermined intervals, and bus duct side plates 9 are disposed on both outer sides of the conductor end portion 8. When connecting the opposing bus ducts 7 to each other, each conductor end 8 is inserted between the two conductive connecting members 4 provided between the respective insulating separators 2 to the vicinity of the insulating sleeve 5, and the in-phase conductor end The parts 8 are electrically connected to each other through the conductive connection member 4, and the bus duct side plate 9 is positioned so as to be in contact with the outer surfaces of the both duct side plate joining plates 2. At this time, the insulating separator 2 insulates between the conductor end portions 8 of different phases and between the outermost conductor end portion 8 and the duct side plate joint plate 3. Then, the bus ducts 7 are connected to each other by inserting bolts 6a into the holes 3a and 5a through the disc springs 6c so as to push the disc springs 6c from the outside so that the bus duct side plates 9 are pushed from the outside, and tightening them with nuts 6b. It is the structure to do.
[0018]
Further, a plug such as a branching box 12 to be described later is provided between the conductor end 8 of one bus duct 7 and the conductor end 8 of the other bus duct 7 to be connected to each other and between the conductive connecting members 4. A branching gap 10 is formed as a receiving connection portion so that the in-branching terminal 13 can be inserted, and the plug-in branching terminal 13 inserted into the branching gap 10 is held between the conductive connecting members 4 located on both sides. Will be branched.
[0019]
As shown in FIG. 3, in the bus duct connecting portion 1 to which the bus duct 7 is connected, the open surface corresponding to the branch where the receiving connecting portion is located is made of a transparent plastic or the like in order to prevent intrusion of dust or the like. The cover member 11 is fitted from the outside of the bus duct side plate 9, and screws or the like are screwed into the bus duct 7 from the outside of the cover member 11 to fix the cover member 11.
[0020]
As shown in FIG. 4, the cover member 11 is formed in a substantially U-shaped cross section, and has a rectangular shape with a size in which at least a plug-in branch terminal 13 such as a branch box 12 described later can be inserted. In this embodiment, the size of the plug-in branching opening 11a should be connected to the outermost conductive connection member 4 in the width direction of the conductor end 8 and in the length direction of the conductor end 8 It reaches the top of the conductor end 8 of the bus duct 7. The size and shape of the plug-in branch opening 11a are not limited to those described above, and any appropriate size and shape can be used as long as the plug-in branch terminal 13 can be inserted.
[0021]
The plug-in branch opening 11a has a knock-out structure, and usually a knock-out portion 11b is formed substantially at the center of the cover member 11, and closes the top and bottom of the bus duct connection portion 1. When the branch is necessary, the cover member 11 is removed from the bus duct connecting portion 1 and the knockout portion 11b is punched out with a hammer or the like, so that the plug member branch opening 11a is formed in the cover member 11.
[0022]
By attaching the cover member 11 in which the plug-in branch opening 11a is formed to the position of the original bus duct connection portion 1, the bus duct connection portion 1 is obtained in a state having the plug-in branch opening 11a. Connection is complete. 5 and 6, when the plug-in branch terminal 13 such as the branch box 12 is inserted from the plug-in branch opening 11a, the plug-in branch terminal 13 is inserted between the conductive connection members 4. Thus, the plug-in branch terminal 13 and the conductive connection member 4 are electrically connected.
[0023]
By making the plug-in branch opening 11a into a knockout structure, it becomes possible to form the plug-in branch opening 11a only when branching is necessary, and prevent accidents such as short circuits and ground faults due to the entry of dust and the like. Can do. In addition, the plug-in branch opening 11a can be easily formed at any time by using the cover member 11 in which the knockout portion 11b is formed in advance at a location where future branching is necessary. The knockout portion 11b is appropriately formed by forming a notch or the like so that the plug-in branch opening 11a can be formed by punching the cover member 11 with a hammer or the like. That is, there is a partial connecting portion (not shown) between the knockout portion 11b and the cover member 11, and by punching with the hammer or the like, this partial connecting portion is cut, and the plug-in branch opening 11a is formed. It becomes the structure formed. Further, by using the knockout structure, the plug-in branch opening 11a can be manufactured at low cost.
[0024]
Further, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the forming method in the case where only the knockout portion 11b is made of plastic is formed by previously forming the knockout portion 11b in the plastic material 20, and the plastic material 20 on which the knockout portion 11b is formed. So that the plug-in branching opening 11a is closed on the cover member 11 in which the plug-in branching opening 11a is previously formed, and the center of the knockout part 11b and the plug-in branching opening 11a is at the same position. It is appropriate to fix the fixing surface 30 with an adhesive or the like. In this case, the shape and size of the knockout portion 11b formed in the plastic material 20 and the plug-in branch opening portion 11a formed in the cover member 11 are appropriate, but it is preferable that both are the same.
[0025]
As mentioned above, although the embodiment example of the bus duct connection part 1 which concerns on this invention was demonstrated, this invention is not limited to the said embodiment example, The following expansion and deformation | transformation are possible.
[0026]
For example, in the embodiment described above, the bus duct 7 to be connected is a three-wire bus duct 7, the insulating separator 2 is four, and the conductive connecting member 4 is interposed between the insulating separators 2 each. However, the bus duct 7 or the conductive connection member 4 having two or four wires or more may be used as one sheet. Furthermore, the present invention can be applied to a phase conversion type bus duct.
[0027]
Moreover, although the connection system of the bus duct 7 was demonstrated by the butt | matching system, the electroconductive connection member 4 is previously attached to the surface which contact | connects the conductor edge part 8 side of the bus duct 7 which should be connected of each insulation separator 2, for example. An overlapping method in which the in-phase conductor end portions 8 of the bus duct 7 to be connected between the conductive connecting members 4 are overlapped with each other and fastened with a fastener may be used. A plug having a knockout structure is connected to the bus duct connecting portion 1. All of the in-branch openings 11a are included.
[0028]
Further, the connection method of the plug-in branch terminal 13 by the receiving connection portion is such that the plug-in branch terminal 13 is inserted into the branch gap 10 formed between the conductive connection members 4 and between the bus duct conductor end portions 8. The method of holding is described above, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, as shown in FIG. 3 (a) or (b) of Japanese Patent Publication No. 49-44387, the width of the conductive connecting member 4 is increased. What is the receiving connection portion, such as inserting and fitting the plug-in branching terminal 13 between the conductive connection members 4 which are wider than the bus duct conductor end portion 8 and protrude from the upper and lower portions of the conductor end portion 8? May be. Accordingly, the plug-in branch terminals 13 may be inserted and received by connecting the in-phase conductor end portions 8 without overlapping the conductive connection member 4 and further overlapping the overlapping portions.
[0029]
Further, the bus duct connection part according to the present invention is an air insulation type bus duct in which a bare conductor is provided, and a bus duct connection part in which conductors of a plurality of phases are arranged, such as a bus duct connection part that collectively tightens and connects conductors via an insulating separator. The present invention can also be applied to a case in which one or a plurality of screw parts are tightened and connected together.
[0030]
Although one knockout portion 11b is formed at substantially the center of the cover member 11, the location and number of the knockout portions 11b are not limited to the above embodiment, and one bus duct connecting portion 1 is used. In order to enable a plurality of branches, the cover member 11 may be provided with a plurality of knockout portions 11b, or a plurality of knockout portions 11b may be provided for each plug-in branch terminal 13 of each phase. is there. In this case, the plurality of knock-out portions 11b are appropriately formed such as in parallel or in series or in a staggered arrangement.
[0031]
Further, when the branch box 12 or the like is removed from the plug-in branch opening 11a of the cover member 11 of the bus duct connection portion 1, it is replaced with a cover member 11 at a connection point where branching is required or another new knockout portion 11b is provided. By exchanging with the cover member 11 attached, it becomes possible to prevent intrusion of dust when not in use. The configuration of the plug-in branch terminal 13 is not limited to the embodiment, but includes all that can be used in conformity.
[0032]
Alternatively, the knockout portion 11b provided on the cover member 11 may be formed on the top and bottom of the bus duct connection portion 1 so as to be bifurcated from one bus duct connection portion 1. In this case, the top and bottom of the bus duct connection portion 1 may be configured. The knock-out portion 11b of the cover member 11 is opened, and the plug-in branch terminals 13 such as the branch box 12 are inserted.
[0033]
Further, in addition to forming the cover member 11 from plastic, a temperature indicating material may be mixed into the plastic and the color may be changed when the temperature exceeds a predetermined temperature. It is possible to easily determine the location of one abnormal temperature, and the repair processing for the location can be performed quickly. Only the knockout portion 11b of the cover member 11 can be made of plastic.
[0034]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, by using the branchable bus duct connecting portion of the present invention in a predetermined position, it is possible to prevent dust from entering the bus duct connecting portion at any time and at any time from any bus duct connecting portion. However, it is possible to branch very easily when branching is required, and this can be realized at low cost.
[0035]
Further, when the knockout part of the bus duct connection part or the entire cover member provided with the knockout part is formed of plastic, it can be made safe with excellent insulation properties, particularly a temperature indicating material or transparent material. When it is made of the material plastic, there is an effect that the inspection work becomes very easy.
