Description
合成ゼオライトに担持させた銅−ニッケル−ルテニウム3元系の触媒活物質からなる、フィルム型触媒を以下のように調製した。
図3に示す反応装置を用い、以下の反応を行った。
図8に示す反応装置を用い、以下の反応を行った。

2 反応器(セパラブルフラスコ)
3 フィルム型触媒
4 ケーシング
5 バッフル
6 ガラス管
7 プロペラ翼
Claims (7)
- フィルム型触媒を用いて、液が連続層となる気液化学反応を行う反応装置であって、反応器内に、反応原料ガスやキャリアガスの分散を行うための剪断型撹拌翼としてコンケーブタービン又はエッジドタービンを有する反応装置。
- 剪断型撹拌翼がエッジドタービンである請求項1記載の反応装置。
- 反応器内に反応原料ガスの誘導バッフルを有する請求項1又は2記載の反応装置。
- 気液化学反応が、1級又は2級アミンとアルコールとから3級アミンを製造する反応である請求項1〜3いずれかに記載の反応装置。
- 請求項1〜4いずれかに記載の反応装置を用い、1級又は2級アミンとアルコールとを反応させる3級アミンの製造方法。
- アルコールが、直鎖状又は分岐鎖状の、炭素数6〜36の飽和又は不飽和の脂肪族アルコールである請求項5記載の3級アミンの製造方法。
- 1級又は2級アミンが脂肪族1級又は2級アミンである請求項5又は6記載の3級アミンの製造方法。
