Claims (8)
- 細胞(10)を入れる容器(100)を備えた、細胞培養のための装置であり、
前記容器(100)は、少なくとも一つの液体注入導管(121、122、123、124、125、126)を備え、
容器(100)内の液体の表面は空気と自由に接触しており、
そして、液体の自由表面との間に少なくとも一つの液体ブリッジ(51、52)を形成させるのに適したコレクタ要素(40)を有し、
該コレクタ要素(40)が、容器(100)内の液体の自由表面の高さに位置する開口部(42)を有し、
前記コレクタ要素(40)が、容器(100)の壁(11)の縁(21)に位置し、
前記開口部(42)が、壁(11)よりも後退し、10と30μmの間に含まれる距離(d)だけ壁(11)から後退し、
開口部(42)が、液体表面の膜(30)を液体ブリッジ(51、52)を介して引っ張る空気の流れを吸い込む様に低圧に維持されていることを特徴とする装置。 - コレクタ要素(40)の開口部(42)の前に位置する縁(21)の部分が親水性物質で被覆されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- コレクタ要素(40)の開口部(42)が細長い形状を有し、壁(11)の縁に沿って長手方向に延びていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 開口部(42)が2から4mmの長さを有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 開口部(42)が0.15から0.30mmの高さを有することを特徴とする、請求項3または4のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 開口部(42)が長方形の形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 容器(100)の壁(11、12、13)の縁に沿って位置する複数のコレクタ要素(40)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 細胞(10)を入れるための容器(100)に入れられた液体の水位の調節方法であり、
前記容器(100)が少なくとも一つの液体注入導管(121、122、123、124、125、126)を備え、
容器(100)内の液体の表面が空気と自由に接触しており、
そして、液体の自由表面との間に少なくとも一つの液体ブリッジ(51、52)を形成させるのに適したコレクタ要素(40)を有し、
該コレクタ要素(40)が、容器(100)内の液体の自由表面の高さに位置する開口部(42)を有し、
前記コレクタ要素(40)が、容器(100)の壁(11)の縁(21)に位置し、
前記開口部(42)が、壁(11)よりも後退し、10と30μmの間に含まれる距離(d)だけ壁(11)から後退し、
そして、液体の自由表面との間に少なくとも一つの液体ブリッジ(51、52)が形成され、液体ブリッジ(51、52)の近傍で空気の流れを吸い込むことで、空気の流れが液体表面の膜(30)を、液体ブリッジ(51、52)を介して引っ張ること特徴とする方法。
