Description
本発明は、水素の非存在下での石油炭化水素の接触分解のための反応器に関し、具体的には、本発明は、ダウンフロー接触分解反応器およびその応用に関する。
経済の発達に伴って、乗物燃料および軽オレフィンに対する全世界の要求は、増加し続けている。軽油および軽オレフィンの原料を増加させるための、重油の深度の加工の発達は、21世紀の精油産業の、有意な開発ストラテジーである。接触分解プロセスは、原料に対する広い適合性、重油の高い転換深度、および製造されるLPGにおける高いオレフィン含有量の利点を有し、従って、これは、重油の二次加工のための最重要な技術である。接触分解ユニットは、規模が大きく、そして必要とされる調査が少ないので、これらは、世界中の全ての精油所に経済的利点を与える。接触分解プロセスの生成物の分配および生成物の選択性の改善は、経済的利益および市場に対する企業の適合能力を増加させるために非常に重要であり、従って、全ての製油所が大きな努力をもって探求する目標である。
本発明の1つの目的は、従来技術に基づいて、高い油/触媒接触効率および良好な反応性能を有する、ダウンフロー接触分解反応器を提供することである。
本発明によって提供されるダウンフロー反応器の構造の特徴は、図1〜11に列挙される反応器モデルと組み合わせて、さらに説明されるが、本発明は、いずれの局面においても、このように限定されない。
3つの比較例は米国特許第5296131号に開示されるダウンフロー反応器を使用する、接触分解パイロットプラントを用いる実験から誘導された実験結果である。
本実施例は、生成物の分布および生成物の特性が、本発明によって提供されるダウンフロー反応器の使用によって、従来の接触分解条件下で接触分解反応を実施した場合に、顕著に改善されたことを実証する。

Claims (20)
- ダウンフロー接触分解反応器であって、以下:
触媒送達管(1);
反応器頂部カバー(2);
出口を有する原料ノズル(3)、
上端部、底部、および側壁を有する反応器容器(6);ならびに
外壁、上部セクション、下部セクション、入口、および内径Dを有するダウンフロー反応管(9);
を備え、ここで、
該反応器容器の該上端部は、周囲方向に沿って、該反応器頂部カバー(2)と閉じて接続されており;
該反応器容器の該底部は、該ダウンフロー反応管の該外壁と閉じて接続されており;
該ダウンフロー反応管の該上部セクションは、該反応器容器の内側に位置し、一方で、該ダウンフロー反応管の該下部セクションは、該反応器容器の該底部から延びており;
該原料ノズル(3)は、該反応器頂部カバー(2)および/または該反応器容器の側壁に位置し、該原料ノズルの該出口が、ダウンフロー反応管の入口の上方に位置しており;そして
該触媒送達管(1)が、該反応器容器に固定して接合されており、そして該反応器容器および該ダウンフロー反応管によって形成される触媒上昇ゾーン(7)と流体連絡している、

- 1〜24個の原料ノズルを備え、該原料ノズルの出口と前記ダウンフロー反応管(h)との間の距離が、0.3D〜5Dの間である、請求項1に記載の反応器。
