(3)前記切開要素と前記分離要素との間の空間は、ギャップを形成し、前記ギャップの大きさは、前記第2の先端部の近位側へ増大していることを特徴とする実施形態A記載のランス。
(4)前記チャネルの少なくとも一部には、親水性表面被膜が施されていることを特徴とする実施形態A記載のランス。
(5)前記切開要素の少なくとも一部及び前記分離要素の少なくとも一部には、親水性表面被膜が施されていることを特徴とする上記実施形態(4)記載のランス。
(6)前記チャネルの近位端部は、センサストリップに組み込まれていることを特徴とする実施形態A記載のランス。
(7)前記センサストリップは、その近位端部が複数の別のセンサストリップに連結されていることを特徴とする上記実施形態(6)記載のランス。

Claims (8)
- ランスであって、人体の一部を切開し、第1の尖った先端部を備えた切開要素と、前記第1の尖った先端部の近位側に位置決めされている第2の先端部を備え、前記切開要素により切開された人体の切開部の縁同士を分離した状態に維持し、前記切開部を開放状態に維持する分離要素と、前記切開要素の近位部分と前記分離要素の近位部分を連結したコネクタとを有し、前記コネクタは、チャネルを形成していることを特徴とするランス。
- 前記分離要素は、前記切開要素に対し角度をなして位置決めされていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のランス。
- 前記切開要素、前記分離要素及び前記チャネルは、1枚の金属シートから形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のランス。
- 前記切開要素と前記分離要素との間の空間は、ギャップを形成し、前記ギャップの大きさは、前記第2の先端部の近位側へ増大していることを特徴とする請求項1記載のランス。
- 前記チャネルの少なくとも一部には、親水性表面被膜が施されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のランス。
- 前記切開要素の少なくとも一部及び前記分離要素の少なくとも一部には、親水性表面被膜が施されていることを特徴とする請求項5記載のランス。
- 前記チャネルの近位端部は、センサストリップに組み込まれていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のランス。
