Description
粒径0.3〜2mmの粒子の形の、鉄酸化物または水酸化物、あるいは金属状態の鉄に基づく、少なくとも1つの粉砕材料の、
ほぼ2の見かけの密度およびモース尺度で6を超える硬度を有する二酸化マンガン粒の、
会合を含む濾過材床の少なくとも1つに通過させるステップを含むことを特徴とする水処理方法によって達成される。
砂、
無煙炭、
活性炭粒、
中和材。
濾過ステップおよびフィルタ床再生の両方で、オキシダントを適用すること、
先行解決策の場合のように、濾過材の厳格および高価な調製を適用すること、
を回避する。
Claims (18)
- 鉄、マンガンおよびヒ素含有量を低下させるための水の処理方法であって、前記水を、
粒径0.3〜2mmの範囲の粒子の形で、水酸化物の鉄をベースとする粉砕材料の会合、
2の見かけの密度およびモース尺度で6より大きい硬度を有する二酸化マンガン粒の会合、
を含む少なくとも1つのフィルタ材床(3)に通過させることより成る少なくとも1つのステップを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 使用された鉄をベースとする粉砕材料が水酸化第二鉄および/または第一鉄の粒の形であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 鉄をベースとする粉砕材料および二酸化マンガンの前記会合が、鉄をベースとする粉砕材料および二酸化マンガン粒の混合物の形であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 鉄をベースとする粉砕材料および二酸化マンガンの前記会合が、鉄をベースとする粉砕材料の層および二酸化マンガン粒の層(3a、3b)の重ね合わせの形で存在することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 鉄ベース粉砕材料および二酸化マンガンの前記会合が、鉄をベースとする粉砕材料の上層(3a)および二酸化マンガン粒の下層(3b)の形で存在することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 鉄とベースする粉砕材料および二酸化マンガン粒の前記会合が、水酸化第二鉄粒の上層(3a)および二酸化マンガン粒の下層(3b)の重ね合わせの形で存在することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 水酸化第二鉄粒の層が1.2〜1.5の見かけの密度を有する、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 水流および/または空気などのガス状流体による簡単な洗浄によって実施される、前記濾過材(3)の再生ステップを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の水処理の方法。
- 洗浄が前記フィルタ床内で処理される水の流れに対して向流で実施されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の水処理の方法。
- 前記洗浄が前記フィルタ床内で処理される水の流れに対して並流で実施されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 鉄および/または二酸化マンガン粒が以下の材料の中から選択される少なくとも1つの他の材料、
砂、
無煙炭、
活性炭粒、
中和材、
を用いて会合させられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 0.3〜1mmの粒径を得るために、二酸化マンガンの破砕およびスクリーニングの予備ステップを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の水処理の方法。
- 鉄をベースとする粉砕材料および二酸化マンガン粒の前記会合が、5%〜95%の体積の鉄をベースとする粉砕材料および95%〜5体積%の二酸化マンガン粒を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の水処理の方法。
- 前記会合が70%の体積の鉄をベースとする粉砕材料および30%の体積の二酸化マンガン粒を含むことを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の水処理の方法。
- 濾過ステップの上流での空気、苛性ソーダまたは石灰水を用いた処理による、前記水のpH調整の追加ステップを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の水処理の方法。
- 前記水を少なくとも1つの濾過材床に通過させる前記ステップが大気圧にて実施されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の水処理の方法。
- 前記水を少なくとも1つの濾過材床に通過させることより成る前記ステップが加圧下にて実施されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の水処理の方法。
- 前記水を少なくとも1つの濾過材床に通過させることより成る前記ステップが、30秒〜10分間の接触時間で実施されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の水処理の方法。
