Description
そこで、本発明は、シリンダブロックの端面におけるシール性を確実に向上させることを課題とする。
尚、上述の構成は、前記吸入室が前記隔壁の内側に形成され、前記吐出室は、前記隔壁の外側に形成されている場合に特に有用である。
前記凸状部の高さが大き過ぎると、前記締結用部材の締結力に影響し、かえってシリンダブロックとガスケットとの当接力が弱まってしまう恐れがあるが、本構成のようにすることによって、ガスケットの弾性部材が凸状部を許容するので、前記締結力の低下を回避することができる。
Claims (6)
- 圧縮室が形成されたシリンダブロック、吸入室及び吐出室が画成され前記シリンダブロックの端面を封止するシリンダヘッド、前記シリンダブロック及び前記シ5 リンダヘッドの間に配される弁板、前記シリンダブロック及び前記弁板の間に配されるガスケットを具備する圧縮機において、
前記シリンダブロックの端面であって、前記シリンダヘッドの内側に形成されて前記吸入室と前記吐出室とを隔てる隔壁と対時する部分の内側に、前記シリンダヘッド側に隆起した凸状部が形成されていることを特徴とする圧縮機。 - 前記凸状部は、さらに、前記シリンダヘッドの内部に形威されて前記吸入室と前記吐出室とを隔てる隔壁と対時する部分の外側に形成されていることを
特徴とする請求項1記載の圧縮機。 - 前記吸入室は、前記隔壁の内側に形成され、前記吐出室は、前記隔壁の外側に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の圧縮機。
- 前記隔壁と対時する部分よりも外側に形成された凸状部の高さは、前記ガスケットの弾性部材の全厚みの半分以下であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の圧縮機。
- 前記凸状部の形状は、複数の平面の組合せであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の圧縮機。
- 前記凸状部の形状は、流線形であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の圧縮機。
