Claims (2)
- 炭化水素系の原料を改質して水素を主成分とする水素含有ガスを生成する改質装置であって;
前記原料の改質に用いられる熱を発生させる発熱装置と;
第1の筒状部材と、前記第1の筒状部材を内部に収容する第2の筒状部材とを有する流路形成部材であって、前記発熱装置を前記第1の筒状部材の内部に収容し、前記第1の筒状部材と前記第2の筒状部材との間に前記原料が流れる原料流路が形成された流路形成部材と;
前記原料の改質を促進させる改質触媒であって、前記原料流路に充填された改質触媒と;
前記改質触媒の落下を防止しつつ流体を通過させる受板であって、前記第1の筒状部材に固定されて前記第2の筒状部材に固定されずに設けられた受板と;
前記流路形成部材の軸方向への前記受板の変形を抑制する補強部材であって、前記第1の筒状部材と前記受板とに固定された補強部材とを備え;
前記補強部材が、前記受板に固定された受板固定部と、前記改質触媒が充填されている側の前記第1の筒状部材に固定された筒状部材固定部と、を有する平板状に形成された; 改質装置。 - 前記補強部材が、前記第1の筒状部材と実質的に同じ線膨張係数の材料で形成され、前記第1の筒状部材の軸方向における長さが前記改質触媒が充填されている部分全体にわたって構成された;
請求項1に記載の改質装置。
