Claims (19)
- a)織布または不織布のパターンの不連続の交差位置で互いに交差している糸を含む、又は、ひと巻きごとにお互いに隣接する状態で巻かれている帯状の材料であって、複数の不連続の位置において帯の側縁が隣り合う帯の糸に重なる状態でお互いに隣接する帯状の材料を含む、又は、不連続の位置において一緒に接着されるMD又はCD糸の配列を含む布のためにベース基板を準備する工程と、
b)置かれたポリマー樹脂材料の量の他縦方向と横方向の寸法も制御する制御方法で、複数のあらかじめ選択された不連続の位置に、前記ベース基板上に複数のポリマー樹脂材料の液滴を置くことによって、前記不連続の位置で前記糸を接着し、前記布に寸法安定性を提供する工程と、
c)前記ポリマー樹脂材料の液滴を部分的に設置する工程と、
を含む、製紙機械用布の、または不織物を製造する際に使用する布の製造方法。 - 前記液滴の公称直径は、10μm(10ミクロン)以上である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程b)およびc)は、前記ベース基板に渡って横に延在する連続のベルト上で連続的に行なわれる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程b)およびc)は、前記ベース基板のまわりで縦に延在する連続の帯状の布上で連続して行なわれる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程b)およびc)は、前記ベース基板のまわりで螺旋状に行なわれる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ベース基板は織布であり、工程b)で、前記ベース基板上の前記あらかじめ選択された不連続の交差位置は、前記糸によって形成されたナックルである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ベース基板は不織布であり、工程b)では、前記ベース基板上の前記不連続の交差位置は、前記ベース基板の横糸が縦糸の上を横切る、またはその逆の交差点である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー樹脂材料は、ランダムまたは一定のパターンで置かれる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程b)で、前記ポリマー樹脂材料は、少なくとも1つのコンピュータ制御されたピエゾノズルを含むピエゾノズル配列によって置かれる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程b)は、i)リアルタイムで前記ベース基板の表面を確認して、所望の不連続の交差位置を見つけ、かつその上への前記ポリマー樹脂材料の堆積を生じる工程を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記確認工程は、リアルタイムでディジタル画像カメラと連動して作動するファーストパターンレコグナイザ(FPR)プロセッサによって行なわれる、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記堆積工程は、前記FPRプロセッサに接続されたピエゾノズル配列によって行なわれる、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー樹脂材料は、
1.ホットメルトおよび水硬化ホットメルトと、
2.ウレタンとエポキシ樹脂に基づく2部反応系と、
3.ウレタン類、ポリエステル類、ポリエーテル類およびシリコーン類から生じる、反応性アクリレートモノマーおよびアクリレートオリゴマーからなるフォトポリマー組成物と、
4.アクリル類およびポリウレタン類を含む水性ラテックス、分散液および粒子が充満された塗料からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記設置工程は、熱源、冷気または化学線の酸に、前記ポリマー樹脂材料を曝すことにより行なわれる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ピエゾノズル配列は、複数の個別のコンピュータ制御されるピエゾノズルを含み、前記コンピュータ制御されるピエゾノズルのいくつかは、他の個別のコンピュータ制御されるピエゾノズルが、異なるポリマー樹脂材料を置くとともに、1つのポリマー樹脂材料を置く、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記ベース基板に置かれた前記ポリマー樹脂材料を磨耗して、前記ベース基板の平面上に前記ポリマー樹脂材料を一定の厚さで供給する任意の工程を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記布の帯は、反対に配置された側縁を含み、布の帯の隣接するひと巻きの側縁は、それぞれの側縁のそれぞれの糸が重なり合う複数の位置である、あらかじめ選択された不連続の位置と重なり合う、請求項1に記載の方法。
- さらに、置かれた前記ポリマー樹脂材料を摩耗し、前記ポリマー樹脂材料を一定の厚さで供給する任意の工程を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- d)不連続の位置で、前記ベース基板を覆って、ラミネート層材料を置いて接着する工程、をさらに有する請求項1に記載の方法。
