Description
本比較例では、ポリ乳酸樹脂に超臨界状態の二酸化炭素を全く含浸させないこと以外は、実施例1と全く同一にして前記単相溶液の射出を行うことにより、図1に示す形状の6個のアイスクリーム容器Wを1回の射出操作で一括製造することを試みた。
本比較例では、ポリ乳酸樹脂に対して3.0質量%の超臨界状態の二酸化炭素を含浸させること以外は、実施例1と全く同一にして前記単相溶液の射出を行うことにより、図1に示す形状の6個のアイスクリーム容器Wを1回の射出操作で一括製造することを試みた。
Claims (5)
- ポリ乳酸樹脂の射出成形により0.3〜0.7mmの範囲の厚さを備える肉薄容器を得る肉薄容器の製造方法であって、
金型に配設された該肉薄容器に対応する複数のキャビティに、全量に対して0.5〜2.5質量%の範囲の超臨界状態の二酸化炭素を含浸してなるポリ乳酸の溶融樹脂を射出し、1回の射出操作により複数の前記肉薄容器を得るときに、該キャビティのゲートの開閉を電磁開閉弁により行うと共に、
各キャビティに射出された該ポリ乳酸の溶融樹脂がゲートからキャビティ末端に到達するまでの時間を各キャビティ毎に測定し、該時間に対応して該電磁開閉弁による各キャビティのゲートの開口時期を制御することを特徴とする肉薄容器の製造方法。 - 請求項1記載の肉薄容器の製造方法において、
前記電磁開閉弁は、0.2〜0.3m/秒の範囲の開口速度を備えることを特徴とする肉薄容器の製造方法。 - 請求項1記載の肉薄容器の製造方法において、
前記肉薄容器は、0.5〜0.7mmの範囲の厚さを備えることを特徴とする肉薄容器の製造方法。 - 請求項1記載の肉薄容器の製造方法において、
前記肉薄容器は、食品容器、使い捨て医療用容器、粉体保存用容器からなる群から選択される1種の容器であることを特徴とする肉薄容器の製造方法。 - 請求項4記載の肉薄容器の製造方法において、
前記食品容器は、アイスクリーム容器、プリン容器、ケーキカップ、ヨーグルトカップ、豆腐容器、マーガリン容器、魚卵容器、サラダ容器、総菜容器、飲料カップからなる群から選択される1種の食品容器であることを特徴とする肉薄容器の製造方法。
