Description
Claims (17)
- 熱交換部材を具備する露点冷却器であって、空気流が、前記熱交換部材の第1の側を一方向に流されながら前記熱交換部材の熱伝達によって冷却され、この冷却された空気流の一部分が、前記第1の側とは反対側の熱交換部材の第2の側で、他方向に導かれ、また熱交換部材の前記第2の側には、水が与えられ、この水は、前記熱交換部材から水への熱伝達により、前記空気流中へと気化され、
前記熱交換部材は、膜と、前記第1の側から第2の側へと前記膜を通って伝導されるようにこの膜に取着され、成形された熱交換ラミネートとを有し、
この熱交換ラミネートは、30ないし150ミクロンの厚さを有し、アルミニウムにより形成された支持層と、この支持層の側面の少なくとも一部に積層された液体保持層とを有し、この液体保持層は、与えられた水を表面張力により前記支持層に直接接触して保持すると共にこの水の気化を可能とする開成構造を有している露点冷却器。 - 前記液体保持層は、ファイバー材で形成され、前記開成構造は、前記ファイバー間にスペースを有している請求項1の露点冷却器。
- 前記ファイバー材は、接着剤によって前記支持層に接着されている請求項2の露点冷却器。
- 前記ファイバー材は、ポリエステルファイバーとビスコースファイバーとの混合物でできている請求項2又は3の露点冷却器。
- 前記ファイバー材は、織られた若しくは編まれたファイバー層でできている請求項2乃至4のいずれか1の露点冷却器。
- 前記支持層は、70ミクロンの厚さを有している請求項1乃至5のいずれか1の露点冷却器。
- 前記液体保持層は、50ミクロン未満の平均厚さを有している請求項1乃至6のいずれか1の露点冷却器。
- 前記熱交換ラミネートは、一連の細長いフィンを形成するように波形状に形成されている請求項1乃至7のいずれか1の露点冷却器。
- 前記細長いフィンは、これらフィンの長手方向に波形成形されている請求項8の露点冷却器。
- 前記細長フィンには、複数のルーバが設けられている請求項8又は9の露点冷却器。
- 前記液体保持層は、前記支持層の第1の側面にのみ実質的に与えられている請求項1乃至10のいずれか1の露点冷却器。
- 前記形成された熱交換ラミネートは、接着剤によって前記膜に取着されている請求項1乃至11のいずれか1の露点冷却器。
- 前記接着剤は、前記支持層若しくは前記膜に与えられた熱活性の接着剤である請求項12の露点冷却器。
- 前記膜は、筒状の構造体に形成されている請求項1乃至13のいずれか1の露点冷却器。
- 与えられた水を表面張力により支持層の側面に直接接触して保持すると共にこの水の気化を可能とする開成構造体を有する可撓性の液体保持層で側面が少なくとも部分的に覆われ、30ないし150ミクロンの厚さを有し、アルミニウムにより形成された形成可能な支持層を有する熱交換ラミネートを与えることと、
前記熱交換ラミネートを複数の細長いフィンに成形することと、
熱交換部材を形成するように、熱伝達を果たす膜に前記フィンを取着することとを具備する、露点冷却器を製造する方法。 - 前記フィンに複数のルーバを形成することをさらに具備する請求項15の方法。
- 外面と内面とに前記複数の細長いフインを備えた筒状の構造体を形成するように、前記膜を折り曲げることをさらに具備する請求項15の方法。
