Description
また、前記圧力制御手段を設けない燃料圧送経路において、プランジャの加圧室への吸入側経路に逆止弁を介装するとともに、該プランジャの加圧室とフィードポンプ吐出側との間に、逆止弁を迂回するバイパス経路を設けたので、エンジン低回転時でも加圧室に燃料を確実に吸入することができ、安定した始動性を確保することが可能となる。
また、故障などによる圧力制御手段の不作動時でも、加圧室に燃料をいくらかは吸入できるので、エンジンの運転が可能となる。
また、蓄圧室からの燃料の逃がし量が少なくて済み、該蓄圧室に設ける逃がし弁を小さくできる。

Claims (4)
- フィードポンプから複数のプランジャを備えるサプライポンプを介して蓄圧室に燃料を圧送する燃料圧送経路に、蓄圧室の燃料圧力を制御する圧力制御手段を配設するエンジンの燃料供給装置において、前記フィードポンプから複数のプランジャを介して蓄圧室に燃料を圧送する複数の燃料圧送経路のうち、少なくとも一つの燃料圧送経路には圧力制御手段を設けず、その他の燃料圧送経路には圧力制御手段を設け、前記各プランジャの加圧室への吸入側経路に逆止弁を介装するとともに、該各プランジャの加圧室とフィードポンプ吐出側との間に、逆止弁を迂回するバイパス経路を設けたことを特徴とするエンジンの燃料供給装置。
- フィードポンプから複数のプランジャを備えるサプライポンプを介して蓄圧室に燃料を圧送する燃料圧送経路に、蓄圧室の燃料圧力を制御する圧力制御手段を配設するエンジンの燃料供給装置において、前記フィードポンプから複数のプランジャを介して蓄圧室に燃料を圧送する複数の燃料圧送経路のうち、少なくとも一つの燃料圧送経路には圧力制御手段を設けず、その他の燃料圧送経路には圧力制御手段を設け、前記圧力制御手段を設けない燃料圧送経路において、プランジャの加圧室への吸入側経路に逆止弁を介装するとともに、該プランジャの加圧室とフィードポンプ吐出側との間に、逆止弁を迂回するバイパス経路を設けたことを特徴とするエンジンの燃料供給装置。
- 請求項1又は2に記載のエンジンの燃料供給装置において、前記圧力制御手段を設けない燃料圧送経路の圧送量は、圧力制御手段を設けた燃料圧送経路の圧送量よりも少なくなるように構成したことを特徴とするエンジンの燃料供給装置。
- 請求項1又は2に記載のエンジンの燃料供給装置において、前記圧力制御手段を設けない燃料圧送経路の圧送量は、アイドル運転時に必要な燃料の圧送量よりも少なくなるように構成したことを特徴とするエンジンの燃料供給装置。
