Claims (15)

前記セラミック・ボディ内にある、前記複数の貯蔵槽供給孔と前記複数のディスペンス・ノズルとを接続する複数のチャネルであって、前記セラミック・ボディから前記流体をディスペンスするために、前記開放キャビティ内に設けた作動手段により前記複数のディスペンス・ノズル内へ前記圧力を強制的に与えて毛管力を発生させ、前記毛管力により前記複数の貯蔵槽供給孔から前記複数のチャネルを介して前記複数のディスペンス・ノズルへと前記流体を移送する、複数のチャネルと、
を含み、

- セラミック・プレートから流体をディスペンスする方法であって、
複数の貯蔵槽供給孔と、複数のディスペンス・ノズルと直接連通している開放キャビティと、前記複数の貯蔵槽供給孔を前記複数のディスペンス・ノズルへと接続する複数のチャネルであって、前記複数のチャネルのうちの少なくとも1つが少なくとも2つの前記貯蔵槽供給孔へ接続された前記複数のチャネルと、を含む開口を有するセラミック・ボディを設けるステップと、
前記複数の貯蔵槽供給孔内へ前記流体を供給するステップと、
前記開放キャビティ内に、圧力を発生させるための作動手段を設けるステップと、
前記開放キャビティ内の前記作動手段により前記複数のディスペンス・ノズル内へ圧力を強制的に与えて、前記開口内で毛管力を発生させるステップと、
前記毛管力により前記複数の貯蔵槽供給孔から前記複数のチャネルへ前記流体を導入し、前記少なくとも2つの前記貯蔵槽供給孔から1つの前記チャネル内へ導入された前記流体を、Re<1のクリープ流で移動させることにより混合物を形成させるステップと、
出口の直径が20ミクロン〜50ミクロンの前記複数のディスペンス・ノズル内へ、前記毛管力によって前記流体および前記混合物を移送するステップと、
前記複数のディスペンス・ノズルから基板の上へと前記流体および前記混合物の液滴を同時にディスペンスするステップと、
