Description
[1] 加熱炉内に収容された反応器を用いて、炭素、熱分解油、残留ガス、及び金属成分を回収する目的で、低温度熱分解により、炭化水素を含有する製品、特に古タイヤを処理する方法であって、
仕込みが行われた反応器(2)を加熱炉(1)内に配置した後、第一ステージで、反応器(2)を80から120℃の範囲の温度に加熱し、約20分間にわたりこの温度で保持し、第二ステージで、並行して、反応器(2)に窒素を吹き込み、反応器(2)内の水分及び酸素を減量させ、次の工程段階で、1から2時間かけて反応器(2)内の温度を360から420℃に更に昇温させ、次の作業段階で、処理温度を480℃に、かつ最高600℃まで10から60分の短時間で昇温させ、かつ、熱分解工程完了後に、熱分解ガスを反応器(2)に通過させ、冷却及び緩和モジュール(4)を通過させ、この間に反応器(2)の底部領域に沈殿した炭素を吸引除去し、金属成分を反応器(2)から回収することを特徴とする方法。
[2] 熱分解時に放出され、上昇して、反応器(2)内に浮遊した物質粒子を、制御された方法で反応器(2)に循環させて、熱分解が起きる工程回路に組み込むことを特徴とする[1]に記載の方法。
[3] 加熱炉(1)に供給される加熱空気、及び反応器(2)内の温度を管理し、好ましくは電子的手段により管理し、かつサーモスタットを用いて加熱炉(1)及び反応器(2)の温度管理を行うことを特徴とする[1]及び[2]の任意に記載の方法。
[4] 排出ガスライン(25)を経由して、反応器(2)から熱分解ガスを移送することを特徴とする[1]から[3]の任意に記載の方法。
[5] 処理される古タイヤを、収容装置を用いて、それぞれの場合、積み重ねた状態で、反応器(2)に入れ、かつ反応器(2)から除くことを特徴とする[1]から[4]の任意に記載の方法。
[6] 装置が、加熱炉(1)に入れることができる一つ以上の反応器(2)からなり、反応器(2)の底部(18)が凹形状であり、蓋(17)が案内突出部(28)を備え、この突出部が蓋収容部(22)に密閉状に係合され、かつリフレクター(30)及びエッジリフレクター(31)が蓋(17)の内側に配置されていることを特徴とする[1]に記載の方法を実施する装置。
[7] 反応器(2)が、反応器(2)の底部(18)と加熱炉(1)内の取付け面の間の地上高を形成する支持脚(19)をもち、これが反応器(2)内の工程管理にプラス効果を与えることを特徴とする[6]に記載の装置。
[8] 底部(18)が、好ましくは平面であり、かつ供給ライン接続部(20)が、底部(18)上の、反応器(2)の容器壁に配置されていることを特徴とする[6]及び[7]の任意に記載の装置。
[9] 蓋収容部(22)に密閉システムが設けられ、蓋(17)及び案内突出部(28)が中央開口部をもつように構成され、蓋(17)が接続要素(24)を備えて構成されていることを特徴とする[6]から[8]の任意に記載の装置。
[10] 蓋(17)の案内突出部(28)が、平面の表面形状、又は内側で凹形状に構成された表面形状をもつことを特徴とする[6]から[9]の任意に記載の装置。
[11] リフレクター(30)が、平面、凹面、円錐、角錐又は類似の形状を有することを特徴とする[6]から[10]の任意に記載の装置。
[12] エッジリフレクター(31)が、大面積の中央開口部を有し、かつリフレクター(30)の形状に合わせて、円錐台形、凹面又は類似の形状に作られたことを特徴とする[6]から[11]の任意に記載の装置。
Claims (5)
- 加熱炉内に収容された反応器を用いて、炭素、熱分解油、残留ガス、及び金属成分を回収する目的で、低温度熱分解により、炭化水素を含有する製品を処理する方法であって、
仕込みが行われた反応器(2)を加熱炉(1)内に配置した後、第一ステージで、反応器(2)を80から120℃の範囲の温度に加熱し、20分間にわたりこの温度で保持し、第二ステージで、並行して、反応器(2)に窒素を吹き込み、反応器(2)内の水分及び酸素を減量させ、次の工程段階で、1から2時間かけて反応器(2)内の温度を360から420℃に更に昇温させ、次の作業段階で、処理温度を480℃に、かつ最高600℃まで10から60分の短時間で昇温させ、かつ、熱分解工程完了後に、熱分解ガスを反応器(2)に通過させ、冷却及び緩和モジュール(4)を通過させ、この間に反応器(2)の底部領域に沈殿した炭素を吸引除去し、金属成分を反応器(2)から回収することを特徴とする方法。 - 熱分解時に放出され、上昇して、反応器(2)内に浮遊した物質粒子を、制御された方法で反応器(2)に循環させて、熱分解が起きる工程回路に組み込むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 加熱炉(1)に供給される加熱空気、及び反応器(2)内の温度を電子的手段により管理し、かつサーモスタットを用いて加熱炉(1)及び反応器(2)の温度管理を行うことを特徴とする請求項1及び2の任意の一項に記載の方法。

- 処理される炭化水素を含有する製品が古タイヤであって、当該古タイヤを、収容装置を用いて、それぞれの場合、積み重ねた状態で、反応器(2)に入れ、かつ反応器(2)から除くことを特徴とする請求項1から4の任意の一項に記載の方法。
