Description
本発明は、直動転がり軸受け(Linearwaelzlager)であって、該直動転がり軸受けのガイドキャリッジが、ガイドレールに沿って長手方向摺動可能に配置され得るようになっている形式のものに関する。
図2は、本発明による直動転がり軸受けの一部を断面して示す拡大図であり、
図3は、本発明による直動転がり軸受けの縦断面図である。
図1〜図3に示した本発明による直動転がり軸受けでは、ガイドキャリッジ1がガイドレール2に沿って長手方向摺動可能に配置されている。ガイドキャリッジ1はエンドレスな転動体通路3を備えており、この転動体通路3内では、転動体4として設けられた複数のボールがエンドレスに転走循環する。転動体通路3はそれぞれ1つの負荷区分5と、1つの戻り区分6と、前記負荷区分5を前記戻り区分6にエンドレスに接続する2つの変向区分7とを有している。

Claims (6)
- 直動転がり軸受けであって、ガイドレール(2)に沿って長手方向摺動可能に取付け可能なガイドキャリッジ(1)が設けられており、該ガイドキャリッジ(1)内で複数の転動体(4)が、エンドレスな転動体通路(3)内をエンドレスに転走循環するようになっており、該転動体通路(3)が、負荷区分(5)と、戻り区分(6)と、前記負荷区分(5)を前記戻り区分(6)にエンドレスに接続する変向区分(7)とを有しており、該変向区分(7)が、それぞれガイドキャリッジ(1)のヘッドピース(10)に設けられていて、転動体(4)を変向させるためのそれぞれ1つの外側変向部(12)を有している形式のものにおいて、外側変向部(12)が、破断点伸び対破断応力の割合から求められた商により表されるフレキシブル性を示す数値が0.15よりも大きく形成されているプラスチックから形成されており、ただし破断点伸びはパーセント単位で表示されており、破断応力はメガパスカル単位で表示されていることを特徴とする直動転がり軸受け。
- フレキシブル性を示す数値が、10よりも大きい、請求項1記載の直動転がり軸受け。
- 前記プラスチックの破断応力が、60メガパスカルよりも小さい、請求項1記載の直動転がり軸受け。
- 前記プラスチックの破断点伸びが、10パーセントよりも大きく、有利には100パーセントよりも大きい、請求項1記載の直動転がり軸受け。
- ワンピースに一体成形された外側変向部(12)を備えたヘッドピース(10)が、前記プラスチックから形成されている、請求項1記載の直動転がり軸受け。
- 変向区分(7)が内側変向部(13)を有しており、該内側変向部(13)と外側変向部(12)との間に転動体(4)が配置されており、前記内側変向部(13)が前記プラスチックから形成されている、請求項1記載の直動転がり軸受け。
