Claims (5)
- 繊維束が平行に配列された糸群が互いに交差状態に積層接着された繊維束三軸組布であって、
組布の最外層を構成する2つの層のそれぞれの前記繊維束が同一方向に配向され、前記2つの最外層の繊維束どうしが互いに接着されて内層を挟み、前記内層は2層の繊維束からなることを特徴とする繊維束三軸組布。 - 最外層の繊維束間の間隔が3〜100mmの範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項1 に記載の繊維束三軸組布。
- 内層の繊維束が、最外層の繊維束に対して交差角度10°〜85°で交差していることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の繊維束三軸組布。
- 繊維束がガラス繊維を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れかに記載の繊
維束三軸組布。 - 繊維束により平行に配列された糸群が互いに交差状態に積層接着された繊維束三軸組布の製造方法であって、
組布の最外層を構成する2つの層のそれぞれの前記繊維束を同一方向に配向させ、前記2つの最外層の繊維束を互いに接着させて内層を挟み、前記内層は2層の繊維束からなることを特徴とする繊維束三軸組布の製造方法。
