Claims (2)
- 原燃料から水素を含む燃料へ改質する改質装置と、前記燃料により発電する燃料電池と、を備える燃料電池システムの運転方法であって、
前記燃料電池システムを起動するときに、
定常運転時に制御される所定範囲の濃度よりも一酸化炭素を多く含む前記燃料を前記燃料電池へ供給して、アノードの触媒に一酸化炭素を吸着させる一酸化炭素供給ステップ
を含み、
前記燃料電池の発電開始時に、前記アノードの触媒に吸着した一酸化炭素によりアノードの電位を上昇させ、前記吸着した一酸化炭素を酸化除去することを特徴とする燃料電池システムの運転方法。 - 請求項1記載の運転方法において、
前記燃料電池の通常の発電温度より低い第1の温度から前記燃料電池の発電を開始する発電開始ステップ
を含むことを特徴とする燃料電池システムの運転方法。
