Claims (7)
- 治療の領域に少なくとも2つの波長のレーザー放射を伝達できる少なくとも1つの光ファイバーによって前記治療の領域に放射する医療用レーザー装置であって、
それぞれ組織に異なる作用を有する980(±20)nmの第1の波長及び1300nmと1600nmとの間の第2の波長の少なくとも2つの波長のレーザー放射を発することができる少なくとも2つのレーザー源と、
前記少なくとも2つの波長のレーザー放射を伝達することのできるファイバーの芯及び少なくとも1つのクラッディングを有し、前記第1の波長のレーザー放射は前記ファイバーの芯及び前記クラッディングを通して伝達され、前記第2の波長のレーザー放射は前記ファイバーの芯を通して伝達され、前記ファイバーの芯が前記クラッディングに接している前記少なくとも1つの光ファイバーと、
前記少なくとも2つの波長のレーザー放射を発するための前記光ファイバーの遠位の末端のチップと、
を備える医療用レーザー装置。 - 前記治療の領域は、前立腺の選択された前立腺組織である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療用レーザー装置。 - 前記第1の波長は凝固作用をもたらし、前記第2の波長は剥離作用をもたらす、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の医療用レーザー装置。 - 前記光ファイバーは、その上にサイドファイアリングの構成を有する遠位のチップを備える、
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の医療用レーザー装置。 - 前記光ファイバーの放射の形状は、治療対象の組織に対する凝固作用をもつ前記第1の波長のレーザー放射と治療対象の組織に対する剥離作用をもつ前記第2の波長のレーザー放射とが入る内側の円錐体、及び前記第1の波長のレーザー放射が入る外側の円錐体を含む少なくとも2つの円錐体である、
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の医療用レーザー装置。 - 前記少なくとも2つの波長のレーザー放射は、
前記選択された前立腺組織の剥離作用及び凝固作用をもたらすパルスのパターン及びエネルギー密度を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の医療用レーザー装置。 - 前記レーザー放射を発するプローブをさらに備え、
前記プローブは、
露出したファイバー、キャップ付きファイバー及び形成された末端を有するファイバーからなる群から選ばれる終端を備える、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療用レーザー装置。
