Claims (3)
- 成形品の原料となる熱可塑性樹脂を加熱する温度制御用加熱ヒータと、
該温度制御用加熱ヒータの放熱を抑える補助用加熱ヒータとを備えた射出成形機であって、
前記温度制御用加熱ヒータと前記補助用加熱ヒータとから構成される加熱ヒータは、筒状の2重構造を有しており、
加熱された前記補助用加熱ヒータは、前記温度制御用加熱ヒータの外面を外部に露出しないように覆うことにより、前記温度制御用加熱ヒータからの放熱を抑止するように構成し、
前記補助用加熱ヒータにサーボモータの減速時に発生する回生電力を供給することを特徴とする射出成形機。 - 家庭用電源若しくは商業電源からの電力供給により加熱される前記温度制御用加熱ヒータの外面を、前記サーボモータの減速時に発生する回生電力により加熱される前記補助用加熱ヒータで覆ったことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の射出成形機。
- 前記補助用加熱ヒータを複数設け、これら複数の補助用加熱ヒータの接続を並列接続したことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の射出成形機。
