Claims (7)
- 動力源に接続され、かつ第1の複数の歯を有する第1のギアと、
第2の複数の歯を有する第2のギアと、
を備え、
第1のギアの歯は、接触面において第2のギアの歯と接触して、第2のギアを回転させ、
第1の複数の歯は、第2の複数の歯よりも多く、
前記第2のギアの歯の各々は、第2のギアの中心から第2のギアの各歯の頂点へと半径方向外側に延びる半径により画定された中心線に対して非対称の面を有し、
第2のギアの歯の接触面および非接触面の各々は、インボリュートにより画定され、接触面を画定するインボリュートは、非接触面を画定するインボリュートよりも曲率半径が大きいことを特徴とするギアポンプ。 - 第2のギアの外径は、第1のギアの外径よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のギアポンプ。
- 第2のギアが駆動すると動力を生じさせるように、第2のギアに対応する構成要素を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のギアポンプ。
- 第2のギアの歯は、接触面および非接触面を有し、該接触面は、歯の頂点がより厚くなるように設計されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のギアポンプ。
- 第2の複数の歯における隣接する歯の間にギャップが周方向に沿って画定され、該ギャップは、非接触面を画定するインボリュートに対応する曲率半径を画定する円を超えて半径方向内側に延びることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のギアポンプ。
- 接触面の曲率半径を画定する円は、ギャップにおける最も半径方向内側の位置よりも半径方向内側に位置することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のギアポンプ。
- 動力源に接続され、かつ第1の複数の歯を有する第1のギアと、
第2の複数の歯を有する第2のギアと、
を備えるギアポンプであって、
第1のギアの歯は、接触面において第2のギアの歯と接触して、第2のギアを回転させ、
第1の複数の歯は、第2の複数の歯よりも多く、
第2のギアの外径は、第1のギアの外径よりも小さく、
前記第2のギアの歯の各々は、第2のギアの中心から第2のギアの各歯の頂点へと半径方向外側に延びる半径により画定された中心線に対して非対称の面を有し、
第2のギアの歯は、接触面および非接触面を有し、該接触面は、歯の頂点がより厚くなるように設計され、
第2のギアの歯の接触面および非接触面の各々は、インボリュートにより画定され、接触面を画定するインボリュートは、非接触面を画定するインボリュートよりも曲率半径が大きく、
第2の複数の歯における隣接する歯の間にギャップが周方向に画定され、該ギャップは、非接触面を画定するインボリュートに対応する曲率半径を画定する円を超えて半径方向内側に延びており、
接触面の曲率半径を画定する円は、ギャップにおける最も半径方向内側の位置より半径方向内側に位置することを特徴とするギアポンプ。
