Description
Claims (8)
- 直接トルクフロー式等速ジョイントコレットコネクタであって、
アウターボールトラックを有するアウタージョイント部と、
外側表面と、前記アウタージョイント部に配置された対応するインナーボールトラックとを有するインナージョイント部と、
ケージと、
前記ケージ内に設けられ、前記インナーボールトラックとアウターボールトラックを係合する複数のボールと、
を備え、
前記インナージョイント部は、前方部分と、インナーボアと、前記インナーボールトラックから前記前方部分に延びるコレット延長部と、前記外側表面と前記インナーボアとの間で前記前方部分から前記コレット延長部内に延びる少なくとも1つのスロットとを有し、 前記インナージョイント部のコレット延長部は、駆動ユニットに付随する第2のシャフトに選択的に取り付けるために圧縮可能であり、
前記インナージョイント部は、前記第2のシャフトに選択的に取り付けるため前記インナーボア上にスプライン部分を有し、
前記第2のシャフト及び圧縮ナットを有する駆動ユニットを更に含み、前記圧縮ナットは、圧縮先細部とナットネジ山とを有し、前記第2のシャフトはネジ部を有し、前記圧縮ナットの圧縮先細部は、前記第2のシャフトのネジ部と前記圧縮ナットのナットネジ山を回転可能に係合して前記コレット延長部を前記第2のシャフトに選択的に取り付けることにより、前記コレット延長部を圧縮係合し、
前記駆動ユニットは更に、溝を有するテンションナットを備え、前記テンションナットは、前記第2のシャフトのネジ部に係合して前記駆動ユニット内の軸受に軸方向に張力を加えるものであり、前記圧縮ナットはロックタブを有し、前記ロックタブは前記溝に選択的にピン止め可能であることを特徴とする直接トルクフロー式等速ジョイントコレットコネクタ。 - 前記1つ又は複数のスロットは、前記コレット延長部内に軸方向に延びることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の直接トルクフロー式等速ジョイントコレットコネクタ。
- 前記1つ又はそれ以上のスロットは、前記コレット延長部上で互いにほぼ対向して間隔を置いて各々配置された2つのスロットであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の直接トルクフロー式等速ジョイントコレットコネクタ。
- 前記1つ又はそれ以上のスロットは、前記コレット延長部上で互いに90度間隔を置いて配置された4つのスロットであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の直接トルクフロー式等速ジョイントコレットコネクタ。
- 前記インナージョイント部は、前記インナージョイント部の外側表面上で前記コレット延長部に沿って前記前方部分から延びたコレット先細部を含み、前記コレット先細部は、圧縮ナットにより圧縮係合されるようになっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の直接トルクフロー式等速ジョイントコレットコネクタ。
- 前記圧縮ナットの圧縮先細部は、前記第2のシャフトのネジ部と前記圧縮ナットのナットネジ山を回転可能に係合して前記コレット延長部を前記第2のシャフトに選択的に取り付けることにより、前記コレット延長部のコレット先細部を圧縮係合することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の直接トルクフロー式等速ジョイントコレットコネクタ。
- 前記アウタージョイント部の円周チャネルと前記インナージョイント部の外側表面との間に結合されたブーツを更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の直接トルクフロー式等速ジョイントコレットコネクタ。
- 前記ブーツを前記アウタージョイント部に固定するシュラウドクランプ部材を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の直接トルクフロー式等速ジョイントコレットコネクタ。
