Description
図1は、外部固定具の一例を示す。このような外部固定具は、通常、数本のピン103、104、ロッド109、およびクランプ手段105、106、107、108を有する。これらの要素は外部固定具要素として称される。外部固定具は、治癒までの間、骨折した骨を安定させ、骨の方向を矯正するために使用される。通常、数本のピン103(ここでは2本)が、骨の第一の部分101に導入され、数本のピン104(ここでは2本)が、骨の第二の部分102に導入される。クランプ手段105、106、107、108は、ピン103、104、およびロッド109を機械的に結合させるために使用される。ロッド109およびクランプ手段105、106、107、108の助けにより、骨の第二の部分102に対する骨の第一の部分101の方向が調節される。

Claims (10)
- ロッド(109)、ピン(103、104)又はクランプ手段(105、106)などの外部固定具要素において、前記要素(109、103、104、105、106)と別の外部固定具要素とを結合させる接触面(4)の少なくとも一部が、粗く処理された構造(4)を有するとともに、当該接触面が、キャリア材料(3)および繊維(2)を含む繊維強化プラスチックから成り、前記繊維(2)の自由端が当該接触面(4)から突出していることを特徴とする、外部固定具要素。
- 前記キャリア材料が、ポリアミド、ポリプロピレン、PEEK、ポリアセタール、およびポリエステルエポキシドから成る群から選ばれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の外部固定具要素。
- 前記繊維が、ガラス繊維、炭素繊維又はアラミド繊維から成る群から選ばれることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の外部固定具要素。
- 粗く処理された構造(4)が、サンドブラスト、ブラッシング又はエッチングによって形成されたものであることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の外部固定具要素。
- 請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の外部固定具要素の締め付け面を処理する方法において、前記繊維の自由端が前記接触面から突出するまで、前記面が研磨要素を含むガス流に曝されることを特徴とする、外部固定具要素の締め付け面の処理方法。
- 前記研磨要素が、ガラスビーズ、金属ペレット、ドライアイス、粉体状の研磨剤、粉体状のスラグ、又は砂から成る群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の外部固定具要素の締め付け面を処理する方法において、前記繊維の自由端が前記接触面から突出するまで、前記面がエッチングされていることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の要素を少なくとも2つ含む外部固定具のセットであって、2つのロッド(109)および/またはピン(103、104)、および少なくとも1つのクランプ手段(105、106)を含有し、前記クランプ手段(105、106)が2つのロッド(109)および/またはピン(103、104)を結合させ、ロッド(109)および/またはピン(103、104)および/またはクランプ手段(105、106)の少なくとも1つの接触面が、粗く処理されるとともに、当該接触面が、キャリア材料(3)および繊維(2)を含む繊維強化プラスチックから成り、前記繊維(2)の自由端が当該接触面(4)から突出した構造を有していることを特徴とする外部固定具セット。
- 前記繊維(2)は、0.1ミリメータから2ミリメータの長さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の外部固定具要素。
- 前記接触面に埋め込まれた粒(7)を備え、当該粒(7)は、250ミクロンから500ミクロンの寸法を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の外部固定具要素。
