Description
すなわち、図1に示す本発明の粉砕分散処理システム10は、メディア攪拌型湿式粉砕分散機20、処理物のホールディングタンク40、循環ポンプ30及びこれらを接続する循環ライン50を備え、循環ライン50中に粒度分布測定器及び/又はゼータ電位測定器60を備えている。
また、粒度分布とゼータ電位を同時に測定することも可能である。
処理物: 酸化チタン―水スラリー
濃 度: 10wt%
循環流量: 0.15L/min
粉砕機: 図4に示す粉砕分散機(ロータ径60mm)
メディア: 直径0.03mm ジルコニア
処理量: 0.5L
測定器: 日本ベル株式会社製 Acousto Sizer IIM

Claims (5)
- メディア攪拌型湿式粉砕分散機、処理物のホールディングタンク、循環ポンプ及びこれらを接続する循環ラインを備えた粉砕分散処理システムであって、
前記メディア攪拌型湿式粉砕分散機の入口側の前記循環ライン中に超音波を用いて測定する粒度分布測定器及び/又はゼータ電位測定器を備え、
前記処理物を前記測定器中に流通させた状態で処理が行われることを特徴とする粉砕分散処理システム。 - メディア攪拌型湿式粉砕分散機、処理物のホールディングタンク、循環ポンプ及びこれらを接続する循環ラインを備えた粉砕分散処理システムであって、
前記循環ポンプ及び前記循環ラインとは別に、サンプル用ポンプ及びサンプル用循環ラインを備え、
前記サンプル用循環ライン中に超音波を用いて測定する粒度分布測定器及び/又はゼータ電位測定器を備え、
前記処理物を前記測定器中に流通させた状態で処理が行われることを特徴とする粉砕分散処理システム。 - 前記粒度分布測定器が、超音波減衰法を用いて測定するものであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の粉砕分散処理システム。
- 前記粒度分布測定器及びゼータ電位測定器が、動電音響法を用いて測定するものであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の粉砕分散処理システム。
- 前記粒度分布測定器が、超音波減衰法及び動電音響法を用いて測定するものであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の粉砕分散処理システム。
