Claims (7)
- サスペンションダンパー/アクチベータモジュールとして作動するべく配置された、2個の油圧ピストン−シリンダ装置(1)を包含する車両用サスペンションシステムであって、各々の油圧ピストン−シリンダ装置は第一シリンダ室(3a)および第二シリンダ室(3b)を包含し、前記油圧ピストン−シリンダ装置の各々に該関連するシリンダ室(複数)は、該車両コンピュータシステム(C)の電気的制御下で該車両のロール挙動を制御するべく配置された電気−油圧式ロール制御手段に接続しており、前記ロール制御手段は方向弁、ポンプユニットおよび圧力制御手段を包含し、
該方向弁は、3つの位置で互いに相互接続可能な2個の第一切換ポート(6a)および2個の第二切換ポート(6b)、ならびに間接的にまたは直接的に前記ポンプユニット(5、10)に接続している2個の油圧制御ポート(6c)を備える、油圧作動方向弁(6)であって、
さらに前記圧力制御手段は、該車両コンピュータシステムの電気的制御下にある電気的に作動可能な単一方向の圧力制御弁モジュール(9、15)を備え、該油圧作動方向弁の両方の第二切換ポートは前記単一方向の圧力制御弁モジュールに接続しているともに、
該油圧作動方向弁の両方の第一切換ポートは、該油圧ピストン−シリンダ装置の両方の第一シリンダ室に接続しており、一方該油圧作動方向弁の第二切換ポートの一つは、該油圧ピストン−シリンダ装置の両方の第二シリンダ室に接続しており、かつ該油圧作動方向弁の他の第二切換ポートは油圧バッファ(7)に接続していることを特徴とする、サスペンションシステム。 - 請求項1に記載のサスペンションシステムであって、該油圧ピストン−シリンダ装置(複数)の該第二シリンダ室(3b)はピストンロッド側の小さな室であり、一方前記油圧ピストン−シリンダ装置の該第一シリンダ室(3a)はピストンの他の側の大きな室であることを特徴とする、サスペンションシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のサスペンションシステムであって、前記単一方向の圧力制御弁モジュール(15)は、該車両コンピュータシステム(C)の電気的制御下にある電気的に作動可能な抵抗(12)、および前記電気的に作動可能な抵抗と直列に接続した固定抵抗(14)による圧力降下を制御するべく配置された圧力制御弁(13)、前記固定抵抗の入力ポートに接続している前記圧力制御弁の該吸入口、かつ前記電気的に作動可能な抵抗の出力ポートに接続しているその吐出口、を備えることを特徴とする、サスペンションシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のサスペンションシステムであって、該ポンプユニットは、該油圧作動方向弁の両方の第一切換ポート(6a)に接続している双方向作動ポンプユニット(5)であることを特徴とする、サスペンションシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のサスペンションシステムであって、該ポンプユニットは、該油圧作動方向弁の両方の第二切換ポート(6b)に接続している単一方向の作動ポンプユニット(10)であることを特徴とする、サスペンションシステム。
- 請求項5に記載のサスペンションシステムであって、該単一方向の作動ポンプユニットは、該車両コンピュータシステムの電気的制御下にあって、かつ2つの位置で互いに相互接続可能な2個の第一切換ポート(11a)と2個の第二切換ポート(11b)を備え、該弁の第一切換ポート(11a)が該油圧作動方向弁の該油圧制御ポート(6c)に接続しており、かつ該弁の第二切換ポート(11b)が該単一方向の作動ポンプユニット(10)に接続している、電気的に作動可能な弁(11)を介して、該油圧作動方向弁の該油圧制御ポートに接続していることを特徴とする、サスペンションシステム。
- 請求項1から請求項6の請求項に記載のサスペンションシステムであって、前記弁(6、9、11、13)および/または抵抗(12、14)のような前記油圧部品の少なくとも一つ、ならびにそれらの相互接続が、1つの共通の筐体(16)内に統合されていることを特徴とする、サスペンションシステム。
