Description

本発明は、複数のレンズにより、一度収束させた観察光を拡散させ、眼底像を正立で得られるようにした眼底の広角観察レンズに関するものである。
眼科領域における眼底の観察レンズについては、凸レンズにより観察光を交差させることにより、眼底の広範な領域を一望できる広角観察レンズが開発されている。
しかしながら、従来の広角観察レンズでは観察光の交差により得られる像が倒像となるため、外来の診察やレーザー時にはそれを意識する必要があり、又手術においてはインバーターなどの像を反転させるための設備を手術用顕微鏡に設置する必要があり、高価な上に操作も煩雑なものとなる。顕微鏡の種類のよっては設置できない場合も少なくない。
そこで、本発明にあっては、上記課題を解決するため、外筒内に複数のレンズを直列させ、観察光を一度狭い範囲に収束させ、改めて拡散させることにより、インバーターなどの設備を用いることなく正立像を得られるようにした。
本発明のみで正立像が得られるため、外来での眼底観察においては像の反転を意識する必要がなくなる。又、手術においてはインバーターなどの像を反転させる設備が不要であるため、手術操作が単純になり、装置の滅菌などの手間も少なくなる。又、どんな手術顕微鏡でも使用できる上、システム全体のコストも低減できる。
本発明の断面図である。 本発明の使用状態にて、本発明の内部および眼球内部を通過する光束の変化を示す線を加えた断面図である。
以下、本発明の実施の形態について図面を参照にしつつ説明する。図１は本発明の実施例であり、円筒状の外筒にレンズが複数組み込まれているため、断面図が最も適当である。３枚の高屈折ガラスレンズ（１、２、３）が、外筒（４）により固定されている。図２は実際に眼球に設置し、観察光の光束が収束、拡散する状態を示したものである。観察する眼球の角膜にレンズ「３」をあて、観察者はレンズ「１」（１）の側から観察する。図２では眼底のほぼ半分が一望できる設計であるが、使用するレンズの屈折率や形状および各レンズ間の距離により、観察できる眼底の範囲や拡大率は様々に異なった設計が可能である。

Claims (1)

  1. 観察光を収束させる作用を有する第一のレンズ、および、該レンズによって収束した観察光を再び拡散させる作用を有する第二のレンズを備えた、眼底の正立像を得るための広角観察レンズであって、ここで、観察者側から観測対象の眼球側に向かって、該第一のレンズ、該第二のレンズの順に配置され、さらにここで、該第一のレンズを通過した収束光が焦点に収束する前に該第二のレンズによって拡散することを特徴とする、広角観察レンズ。
