Claims (15)
- 中空軸(1)における接続部材(2)のトルク伝達可能な接続のための接続装置であって、前記接続部材(2)が、前記中空軸(1)の外形に一致しつつ前記中空軸(1)の端部を収容する貫通孔(8)を含んで構成され、前記中空軸(1)が該中空軸と前記接続部材の接続部において圧着止め具(9)を有しており、該圧着止め具(9)が前記中空軸(1)の内形と共に少なくとも部分的に嵌着部分を形成している前記接続装置において、
前記圧着止め具(9)を前記中空軸(1)に設けられた少なくとも1つの軸受(13,14)用の軸受収容部(10,11)として形成し、複数の前記軸受の前記軸受ブッシュ(13,14)を前記圧着止め具(9)に設けることが可能であることを特徴とする接続装置。 - 前記圧着止め具(9)によって、少なくとも1つの前記軸受の軸受ブッシュ(13,14)用の前記軸受収容部(10,11)を形成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の接続装置。
- 前記中空軸(1)をねじりバネとして形成するとともに、前記接続部材(2)により、前記ねじりバネの脚部と、該ねじりバネの軸受箇所における少なくとも1つの前記軸受(13,14)を形成したことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の接続装置。
- 前記中空軸(1)をトラック用運転室のローリングスタビライザとするとともに、前記接続部材(2)を上記運転室をガイドするコントロールアームとし、少なくとも1つの前記軸受(13)を、シャーシ又はトラック用運転室に接続可能な軸受ブラケット(15)に配置可能としたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の接続装置。
- 前記中空軸(1)を車両のアクスルのローリングスタビライザとするとともに、前記接続部材(2)を前記アクスルをガイドするコントロールアームとし、少なくとも1つの前記軸受(13)を、シャーシ又は前記アクスルに接続可能な軸受ブラケット(15)に配置可能としたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の接続装置。
- バネ・ダンパユニット(6)の軸受における軸受ブッシュ(14)を前記圧着止め具(9)に設けたことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の接続装置。
- 前記中空軸(1)と、前記接続部材(2)における前記貫通孔(8)を円状以外の断面形状に形成したことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の接続装置。
- 前記中空軸(1)と、前記接続部材(2)における前記貫通孔(8)を、接続領域において略多角形状の断面を有するよう形成したことを特徴とする請求項7記載の接続装置。
- 前記多角形状の断面形状の周囲部が常に有限の曲率を有するよう構成したことを特徴とする請求項7又は8記載の接続装置。
- 前記中空軸(1)及び前記接続部材(2)の接続領域における断面形状を定幅図形(7)として形成したことを特徴とする請求項7〜9のいずれか1項に記載の接続装置。
- 前記圧着止め具(9)及び前記接続部材(2)における貫通孔(8)を、前記中空軸(1)及び前記接続部材(2)の接続領域においてやや円すい状に形成したことを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の接続装置。
- 前記圧着止め具(9)を中空とするか、又はこれに軸方向に延在する凹部を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の接続装置。
- 前記圧着止め具(9)を切削せずに加工したことを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の接続装置。
- 前記圧着止め具(9)における前記中空軸(1)と対向する端部に突起部を設けるか、あるいは面取り部(12)を周設したことを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の接続装置。
- 前記中空軸(1)における円状以外の断面形状に形成された範囲を前記接続部材(2)との接続領域(7)のみに設定したことを特徴とする請求項7〜14のいずれか1項に記載の接続装置。
