Description
Claims (12)
- 少なくとも一つの箱状のエンクロージャ及び少なくとも一つの濾過要素を備える濾過ユニットの製造方法であって、
(a)注入手段によって、前記濾過要素と係合する前記箱状のエンクロージャの内部空間に少なくとも一つの流体状態の熱可塑性高分子材料である保持要素を注入するステップを備え、
前記内部空間は、底及び側壁を有する座部、並びにクロージャ手段によって規定され、前記保持要素を収容するための閉容積を形成し、前記クロージャ手段は、前記保持要素の表面と接触する少なくとも一つの非粘着性領域を有する面を有し、
さらに、
(b)前記濾過要素が前記座部にロックされるように、前記濾過要素の少なくとも一端を、前記保持要素が流体状態にある間、前記保持要素の少なくとも一部分に埋設するステップと、
前記座部に前記濾過要素をロックするために、前記保持要素を固化させて固体保持要素を形成するステップとを含むこと、
を特徴とする濾過ユニットの製造方法。 - 前記熱可塑性高分子材料である保持要素は、ポリカーボネート、又はポリプロピレンを含む、請求項1に記載の濾過ユニットの製造方法。
- 前記座部内に前記保持要素を受け入れるための真空領域を前記座部内に提供するステップを含み、前記保持要素は、加圧下で注入される、請求項1乃至3の何れかの項に記載の濾過ユニットの製造方法。
- 前記保持要素の少なくとも一つの表面を流体状態に保つことを含み、前記クロージャ手段は、断熱材料で作られた少なくとも一つの面を含み、前記クロージャ手段は、当該クロージャ手段が前記保持要素の前記表面と接触する箇所で予熱される、請求項1に記載の濾過ユニットの製造方法。
- 前記ステップ(a)は、ステップ(a)の間前記保持要素を流体状態に保つために、前記保持要素を加熱することを含み、前記注入手段は、制御加熱手段を含む、請求項1に記載の濾過ユニットの製造方法。
- 前記ステップ(a)及び前記ステップ(b)の間、前記保持要素を流体状態に保つために前記保持要素の温度を制御することを含み、前記注入手段は、前記保持要素の温度を検出するための温度検出手段を有し、前記温度検出手段は、前記分配出口及び前記面と関連する、請求項1に記載の濾過ユニットの製造方法。
- 複数の前記注入ステップ、埋設ステップ、及び固化ステップを含む、請求項1に記載の濾過ユニットの製造方法。
- 新しい端を、予め、前記エンクロージャの第2シェルと関連した新しい座部に注入された流体状態の保持要素の新しい部分に近づけるために、一端を前記固化した保持要素に埋設させ、且つ前記箱状のエンクロージャの第1シェルと関連させて前記濾過要素を回転させる少なくとも一つのステップを含む、請求項1に記載の濾過ユニットの製造方法。
- 互いに組み立てることができる、少なくとも一つの箱状のエンクロージャと少なくとも一つの濾過要素で構成され、少なくとも一つの流体状態の保持要素を、前記箱状のエンクロージャの少なくとも一部分に形成された、前記要素を収容するための少なくとも一つの座部に注入するための手段を含む濾過ユニットの製造方法を実施するための装置であって、
前記少なくとも一つの保持要素を注入するための手段は、流体状態の少なくとも一つの保持要素を分配するための少なくとも一つの出口と、前記座部の密閉閉鎖のための手段とを含み、前記座部の密閉閉鎖のための手段は、座部全体に前記保持要素を充填するための容積を提供し、前記少なくとも一つの保持要素は、熱可塑性材料で作られること、
を特徴とする装置。 - 前記保持要素は、ポリカーボネート、ポリプロピレン、又は他の熱可塑性材料からなる群に含まれる材料で作られる、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記注入手段は、注入されるべき保持要素及び既に注入された保持要素を流体状態にし、且つ保持要素を流体状態に保つための、制御加熱手段と、前記保持要素の温度を制御するために前記分配出口及び前記面と関連した、前記保持要素の温度を検出するための手段と備える、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記注入手段は、インジェクタ及び/又はプランジャタイプのスクリューフィーダ等を含む、請求項9に記載の装置。
