Description
上記熱交換部1は、複数(ここでは4組)の熱交換器モジュールMと、同数の送風機Sから構成される。上記熱交換器モジュールMは、一対(2個)の空気熱交換器3,3が互いに対向して配置されてなり、かつ複数の熱交換器モジュールMは長手方向に沿って互いに間隙を存して配置される。
図に示す熱交換器モジュールMを4台並べ、天板4相互と上部ドレンパン7を密接した状態で、先に図1及び図2に示す熱交換部1が構成されることになる。ただし、熱交換器モジュールM自体は互いに若干の隙間を介して並置される。
したがって、水導入口31から導入される水は、器体30内の水流路33を構成する案内水流路33aに導かれてから複数条の水分流路33cに一斉に分流され、しかる後、他方の水案内流路33bに集流し、水導出口32から導出案内されるようになっている。
同じ側面で水導入口31と対向して第1の冷媒導出口37と、第2の冷媒導出口38が互いに隣接した位置に設けられる。これら第1、第2の冷媒導入口35,36と、第1、第2の冷媒導出口37,38には、後述するようにして、冷媒管が接続される。
特に説明しないが、第2の水熱交換器11においても全く同様の構造をなす。なお、暖房作用をなすために温水を得る場合は、それぞれの冷媒流路40,41において冷媒の流れる方向が図5に図示した方向とは逆になる。
一部を除いて各系統とも同一構成の冷凍サイクルであるので、ここでは第1の冷凍サイクルR1のみを説明し、第2〜第4の冷凍サイクルR2〜R4については同番号を付して新たな説明を省略する。
例えば第1ないし第4の冷凍サイクルR1〜R4の、それぞれの圧縮機17を一斉に駆動して冷媒を圧縮させると、高温高圧化した冷媒ガスが吐出される。冷媒ガスは四方切換え弁18から一対の空気熱交換器3に導かれ、送風機Sの駆動により送風される空気と熱交換する。冷媒ガスは凝縮液化し、膨張弁19に導かれて断熱膨張する。
このように、第1の水熱交換器12と第2の水熱交換器11の水流路33、33を直列に接続することにより、冷水が2段階で温度低下するので、より有効な冷房性能を得られる。
各冷凍サイクルの圧縮機17を一斉に駆動して冷媒を圧縮させ、高温高圧化した冷媒ガスが吐出される。冷媒ガスは、四方切換え弁18から第1の水熱交換器12における第1の冷媒流路40に導かれ、水ポンプ13から水流路33に導かれる水と熱交換する。
空気熱交換器3を構成するフィンFに対して熱交換パイプPの列数を少なくしても、特に空気熱交換器3の縦横寸法を拡大することなく、熱交換面積は従来の空気熱交換器3と同等でよい。
そして、従来の単純に1枚の平板状をなす空気熱交換器と比較して、同等の熱交換面積を確保しながら熱交換効率の向上を図れるとともに、熱源ユニットYとしての据付けスペースの縮小化が得られる。
以下に、本願出願の当初の特許請求の範囲に記載された発明を付記する。
[1]複数枚のフィンが互いに所定間隔を存して並べられ、これらフィンに熱交換パイプを貫通してなり、両側部に沿って同一方向に折曲げた折曲げ片部を備えた空気熱交換器と、一対の空気熱交換器の折曲げ片部が互いに対向され、それぞれの空気熱交換器の下端部が互いに近接され、かつ上端部は互いに離間するよう傾斜して、一対の空気熱交換器が側面視で略V字状に立設される熱交換器モジュールと、を具備することを特徴とする熱源ユニット。
[2]両側部に沿って同一方向に折曲げた折曲げ片部を備えた一対の空気熱交換器の、上記両折曲げ片部が互いに対向するとともに、それぞれの空気熱交換器の下端部が互いに近接され、かつ上端部は互いに離間するよう傾斜して、側面視で略V字状に立設される熱交換器モジュールと、上記熱交換器モジュールを構成する一対の空気熱交換器の上端部相互間に取付けられ、駆動にともなって一対の空気熱交換器の外面側から空気を吸込んで内面側に流通させ、さらに空気熱交換器上端部の相互間から排出する送風機と、上記熱交換器モジュールを構成する一対の空気熱交換器の下端部が載置されるとともに、取付け固定されるドレンパンと、上記ドレンパンの下部に設けられ、少なくとも上記空気熱交換器を除く冷凍サイクル構成部品を収容する機械室と、を具備し、上記熱交換器モジュールは、空気熱交換器の対面方向とは直交する方向に複数台、並列に配置されることを特徴とする熱源ユニット。
[3]上記熱交換器モジュールを構成する一対の空気熱交換器の対向する折曲げ片部相互に、折曲げ片部相互の空間部を閉成するよう遮蔽板が設けられ、1組の熱交換器モジュールと冷凍サイクル構成部品で1系統の独立した冷凍サイクルを構成することにより、複数系統の冷凍サイクルを備えたことを特徴とする[2]記載の熱源ユニット。
[4]複数の、圧縮機と、四方切換え弁と、空気熱交換器と、膨張機構と、水熱交換器とを備え、互いに冷媒管を介して連通して、互いに独立した複数系統のヒートポンプ式の冷凍サイクルを具備し、上記水熱交換器は、冷凍サイクルを循環する冷媒を導く冷媒流路及び、この冷媒流路に導かれる上記冷媒と熱交換させる水を循環する水流路を備え、複数の上記水熱交換器の水流路を、水配管を介して直列に接続し、それぞれの上記水熱交換器において、互いに独立する複数系統の上記冷凍サイクルに連通する上記冷媒流路を複数備えたことを特徴とする熱源ユニット。
[5]複数の上記空気熱交換器は、互いに所定間隔を存して並列に設置され、かつ隣接する空気熱交換器からの熱交換空気の侵入を阻止する遮蔽板を備えたことを特徴とする[4]記載の熱源ユニット。
[6]前記複数系統の冷凍サイクルのうち、1系統の冷凍サイクルずつ除霜運転を行うことを特徴とする[4]または[5]に記載の熱源ユニット。
Claims (3)
- 複数枚のフィンが互いに所定間隔を在して並べられ、これらフィンに熱交換パイプを貫通してなり、両側部に沿って同一方向に折曲げた折曲げ片部を備える複数の空気熱交換器を備え、
上記複数の空気熱交換器は、2つの上記空気熱交換器が、上記折曲げ片部同士が互いに対向し、それぞれの空気熱交換器の下端部が互いに近接され、かつ上端部が互いに離間するように傾斜して設けられるとともに、上記折曲げ片部の少なくとも一部が露出するように設けられ、
さらに、上記2つの空気熱交換器が対向する方向と直交する方向に複数設けられる
ことを特徴とする熱源ユニット。 - 上記2つの空気熱交換器の対向する折曲げ片部相互に、その上記折曲げ片部相互の空間部を遮蔽するよう遮蔽板が設けられ、上記2つの空気熱交換器と冷凍サイクル構成部品で1系統の独立した冷凍サイクルを構成することにより、複数系統の冷凍サイクルを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の熱源ユニット。
- 上記複数系統の冷凍サイクルがそれぞれ並列に接続される第1の水熱交換器および第2の水熱交換器を備え、この第1の水熱交換器および第2の水熱交換器の水流路が直列に接続されることを特徴とする請求項2記載の熱源ユニット。
