Claims (14)
- 対向する第1と第2の面を有した電気的絶縁基体と、
前記基体の第1の面に設けられた座席ヒーター集成体と、
前記基体の第2の面に設けられた静電容量式乗員センサーアンテナと、
前記座席ヒーター集成体と前記アンテナとの間に配設された干渉低減構造とを具備し、前記干渉低減構造が、前記電気的絶縁基体と前記アンテナとの間に配設され座席ヒーターの作用によって、静電容量式のセンサーの性能に障害の可能性を低減するための接地層を備えている座席ヒーター乗員センサーアンテナ装置。 - 前記接地層は前記基体の前記第2の面に設けられている請求項1に記載の座席ヒーター乗員センサーアンテナ装置。
- 前記接地層は、導電材料をスクリーン印刷した層を具備する請求項2に記載の座席ヒーター乗員センサーアンテナ装置。
- 前記接地層は、前記基体に積層した金属化フォイルを具備する請求項2に記載の座席ヒーター乗員センサーアンテナ装置。
- 前記電気的絶縁基体は、印刷された誘電体層を具備する請求項1に記載の座席ヒーター乗員センサーアンテナ装置。
- 前記絶縁基体は、前記接地層に設けた印刷された誘電体を具備する請求項2に記載の座席ヒーター乗員センサーアンテナ装置。
- 前記座席ヒーター集成体は印刷された導体層と、前記基体に設けた印刷された抵抗層とを含む請求項1に記載の座席ヒーター乗員センサーアンテナ装置。
- 前記座席ヒーター集成体および前記アンテナは、前記基体の両面に設けたポリマー厚膜印刷層を具備する請求項1に記載の座席ヒーター乗員センサーアンテナ装置。
- 前記基体と前記アンテナとの間に配設されたポリマー厚膜印刷接地層を更に具備する請求項8に記載の座席ヒーター乗員センサーアンテナ装置。
- 前記基体と前記アンテナとの間に配設されたポリマー厚膜印刷誘電体層を更に具備する請求項8に記載の座席ヒーター乗員センサーアンテナ装置。
- 前記基体と前記ポリマー厚膜印刷誘電体層との間に配設されたポリマー厚膜印刷接地層を含む請求項10に記載の座席ヒーター乗員センサーアンテナ装置。
- 座席ヒーター乗員センサーアンテナ装置の製造方法において、
対向する第1と第2の面を有した電気的絶縁基体を準備する工程と、
前記基体の前記第1と第2の面の一方に座席ヒーター集成体を印刷する工程と、
前記基体の前記第1と第2の面の他方に静電容量式乗員センサーアンテナ集成体を印刷する工程と、
前記座席ヒーター集成体と前記アンテナとの間に配設された干渉低減構造を印刷する工程とを含んで成り、
前記干渉低減構造が、前記電気的絶縁基体と前記アンテナとの間に配設され座席ヒーターの作用によって、静電容量式のセンサーの性能に障害の可能性を低減するための接地層を備えている座席ヒーター乗員センサーアンテナ装置の製造方法。 - 前記座席ヒーター集成体を印刷する工程は、前記基体に導電層と抵抗層とを印刷することを含む請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記接地層は、導電材料をスクリーン印刷した層から成る請求項12に記載の方法。
