Claims (3)
- 板厚が10〜200μmのガラス基板を製造する方法であって、溶融ガラスをダウンドロー法にてリボン状に成形する成形工程と、ガラスリボンを徐冷する徐冷工程と、ガラスリボンを切断する切断工程とを含むガラス基板の製造方法であって、(徐冷点+200℃)〜(徐冷点+50℃)の温度範囲における平均冷却速度を300〜2500℃/分の範囲に調節するとともに、徐冷点〜(徐冷点−100℃)までの平均冷却速度を10〜300℃/分の範囲に調節することを特徴とするガラス基板の製造方法。
- ダウンドロー法が、オーバーフローダウンドロー法であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス基板の製造方法。
- 質量百分率で、SiO2 50〜70%、Al2O3 10〜25%、B2O3 1〜15%、MgO 0〜10%、CaO 0〜15%、SrO 0〜15%、BaO 0〜15%、Na2O 0〜5%含有するガラスを使用することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のガラス基板の製造方法。
