Description
ステップ206において、検査の所定時間前に、被験者をモニタするため、特定または選択したモニタを、例えば、被験者が身につけているオブジェクトにより被験者に取り付け、または、被験者の近くに配置する。
これは、画像化データ及び/または非画像化データを処理して、非目標関心領域及び/またはプロセスの同時トレーサ吸収値を決定するステップを含む。
一般的に、同時トレーサ吸収は、目標組織において吸収できるトレーサ量を減らす非目標組織及び/またはプロセスによるトレーサ吸収を指す。モデルを用いてトレーサ吸収値を決定してもよい。
Claims (13)
- 被験者のスキャンに用いる画像化システムにより生成された画像データにより、トレーサ吸収を示す前記被験者の関心領域の画像を取得する段階と、
前記スキャン前に前記トレーサ吸収に影響を与える前記被験者の生理的状態を示す信号を、前記スキャン前に取得する段階と、
前記関心領域の前記トレーサ吸収の期待値を決定する段階と、
前記スキャン前に前記生理的状態に基づいてトレーサ吸収補正ファクタを決定する段階と、
前記トレーサ吸収補正ファクタに基づいて前記関心領域の前記トレーサ吸収の期待値を補正する段階と、
前記画像と、前記生理的状態を示す信号とを表示する段階と、を有する方法。 - 前記画像中に前記生理的状態を示す信号を表示する段階をさらに有する、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記生理的状態は、心拍数、呼吸数、体温、グルコースレベルのうちの1つである、
請求項1または2に記載の方法。 - 前記信号に基づいて補足データを生成する段階と、
前記画像とともに前記補足データを表示する段階と、をさらに有する、
請求項1ないし3いずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記補足データは、ベースライン値に対する、所定閾値より大きい、前記生理的状態の値の変化を示すメッセージを含む、
請求項4に記載の方法。 - 前記画像に前記補足データをオーバーレイする段階をさらに有する、
請求項4または5に記載の方法。 - 前記生理的状態を示す信号に基づき、前記スキャンの計画スキャンプロトコルを適合または変更する段階をさらに有する、
請求項1ないし6いずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記生理的状態を示す信号に基づいて、前記画像または画像データの補正情報を生成する段階と、
前記補正情報に基づき、前記画像または画像データを補正する段階とをさらに有する、
請求項1ないし7いずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記補正は、前記画像データまたは画像に対する、前記生理的状態の予測される影響に基づく、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記スキャン前に、咳、歩行、飲み物の摂取、感情的状態、食べ物の摂取のうち少なくとも1つを含む前記被験者の行動状態を示す第2の信号を取得する段階と、
前記画像のコントラストに影響を与える、前記行動状態を示す第2の信号を前記画像と表示する段階とをさらに有する、
請求項1ないし9いずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 被験者の関心領域の画像と、前記スキャンに用いるトレーサの吸収に影響を与える前記被験者の生理的状態または行動状態のうち少なくとも一方を示す信号とをパッケージ化するデータパッケージャであって、前記画像は前記被験者をスキャンするのに用いる画像化システムにより生成される画像データにより生成され、前記生理的状態及び行動状態は前記被験者をスキャンする前に取得したものであるデータパッケージャと、
前記スキャン前に前記被験者の生理的状態を決定する少なくとも1つの生理的モニターを含む生理的状態監視装置とを有し、
前記生理的状態は前記画像中にコントラストを高める期待トレーサ吸収を補正するのに用いられる、
システム。 - 計画スキャンプロトコルと前記生理的状態及び前記行動状態とに基づいて、前記スキャンのスキャンプロトコルに対する修正、または前記スキャンの代替スキャンプロトコルを決定するプロトコル分析器を更に有する、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 計画プロトコルと前記生理的状態及び行動的状態状態とに基づいて画像または画像データの補正情報を決定し、前記補正情報に基づいて前記画像または画像データを補正するデータ補正器をさらに有する、
請求項11または12に記載のシステム。
