Claims (7)
- 管状電極(12)と、
前記電極を該電極が高速回転するように支持しかつ複数の移動軸を有するツールヘッド(16)と加工物(20)を支持するスピンドル(18)とを含む多軸機械(14)と、
電解液(30)を循環させるための導管(28)を含む電解液供給源(26)と、
前記多軸機械(14)及び電源(22)に該多軸機械(14)及び電源(22)を制御するように結合され、かつ前記電極(12)と加工物(20)との間に電弧を非連続に発生させるように構成された制御装置(32)と、
を含み、
前記ツールヘッド(16)は、前記電極の下方端部を同軸に支持するための下部管状ガイド(48)を含み、
前記下部管状ガイド(48)は、前記電解液(30)の一部を該下部管状ガイド(48)を通し該下部管状ガイド(48)の先端から流出させて前記電極の外部を洗い流す
電食装置(10)。 - 前記ツールヘッド(16)が、3つの直線移動軸及び1つの回転軸を有する状態で前記多軸機械(14)内に支持され、かつ該ツールヘッドの移動を総合調整する前記制御装置(32)に結合されて前記電極(12)の送り経路を制御し、
前記スピンドル(18)が、回転移動軸を有する状態で前記多軸機械(14)内に支持され、かつ前記加工物(20)を回転割出しするように前記制御装置(32)に結合されている、
請求項1記載の装置。 - 前記制御装置(32)が、逐次により深くなる送り経路で前記加工物(20)を通して前記電極(12)を押し進めて該加工物を貫通するスロット(36)を電気加工するようにさらに構成されている、請求項2記載の装置。
- 前記制御装置(32)が、その長さを短縮させる前記電極(12)の摩耗を補償するようにさらに構成されている、請求項3記載の装置。
- 加工物(20)を電食加工する方法であって、
ツールヘッド(16)の下部管状ガイド(48)で管状電極(12)の下方端部を同軸に支持する段階と、
送り経路に沿って前記加工物(20)を横切って高速回転する前記電極(12)を送る段階と、
前記高速回転する電極を通して電解液(30)を前記加工物に隣接する該電極の先端(34)に循環させると共に、前記電解液(30)の一部を前記下部管状ガイド(48)を通し該下部管状ガイド(48)の先端から流出させて前記電極の外部を洗い流す段階と、
前記循環電解液(30)をろ過して該電解液から電食デブリを除去する段階と、
前記高速回転する電極(12)及び加工物にDCパルス波形(38)で電力を供給し、前記電極先端(34)と加工物との間に電弧を非連続に発生させるようにして、該加工物を貫通するスロット(36)を電食加工するようにする段階と、
を含む方法。 - 管状電極(12)と、
前記電極を該電極が高速回転するように支持しかつ複数の移動軸を有するツールヘッド(16)と加工物(20)を支持するテーブル(18)とを含む多軸機械(14)と、
前記電極(12)及び加工物(20)を通して電力を伝送するための導線(24)を含む電源(22)と、
前記電極(12)を通して電解液(30)を循環させるための導管(28)を含む電解液供給源(26)と、
前記多軸機械(14)及び電源(22)に該多軸機械(14)及び電源(22)を制御するように結合され、かつ前記電極と加工物との間に電弧を非連続に発生させるように、該電極を高速回転させかつ送り経路に沿って移動させながら該加工物を機械加工するよう構成された制御装置(32)と、
を含み、
前記ツールヘッド(16)は、前記電極の下方端部を同軸に支持するための下部管状ガイド(48)を含み、
前記下部管状ガイド(48)は、前記電解液(30)の一部を該下部管状ガイド(48)を通し該下部管状ガイド(48)の先端から流出させて前記電極の外部を洗い流す
電食装置(10)。 - 前記制御装置(32)が、前記電極(12)に直流(DC)パルス波形(38)で電力を供給するように前記電源(22)を制御するようにさらに構成されている、請求項6記載の装置。
