Claims (5)
- 非円形断面を有する複合プロファイルを製造する方法であって、

1つ以上の前記巻回ステーションにおいて、熱可塑性マトリックス材料中に長手方向に平行に延びる繊維の束を備える熱可塑性一方向テープ(UDテープ)を前記マンドレルセクション上にあるいは既に巻回された層上に連続して螺旋状に巻回して、少なくとも1つの平面を含む閉じられた断面を有する薄壁プロファイルの壁の層を形成するステップと、
前記薄壁プロファイルを1つ以上の前記マンドレルセクション上に支持されるプロファイルセクションへと切断するステップと、
を備え、
前記層は、切断前に、既に形成された層と圧密固定されるように、前記熱可塑性一方向テープ(UDテープ)が重ね合されるにつれて前記熱可塑性一方向テープ(UDテープ)は加熱されて前記マンドレルセクション上にあるいは既に形成された層上に押しつけられる、方法。 - 前記プロファイルセクションが長手方向で切断される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記マンドレルセクションの断面が直線部を含み、それにより、前記プロファイルセクションが平面を含む請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。
- 非円形断面を有する複合プロファイルを製造するための装置において、
非円形断面を有する一連のマンドレルセクションであって、1つ以上のパスで一方向の動きにより前記一連のマンドレルセクションの長手方向軸周りに回転可能に配置される1つ以上の軌道巻回ステーションを通過して軸方向に移動するように構成されており、前記巻回ステーションが、熱可塑性マトリックス材料中に長手方向に平行に延びる繊維の束を備える熱可塑性一方向テープ(UDテープ)を前記マンドレルセクション上にあるいは既に巻回された層上に連続して螺旋状に巻回して、閉じられた非円形断面を有する薄壁プロファイルの壁の層を形成するとともに、前記層を既に巻回された層上に圧密固定するために前記1つ以上の軌道巻回ステーションが配置されるように、前記熱可塑性一方向テープ(UDテープ)が重ね合されるにつれて前記熱可塑性一方向テープ(UDテープ)を加熱し前記一連のマンドレルセクションあるいは既に形成された層上に押しつける、一連のマンドレルセクションと、
前記巻回ステーションよりも下流側にあって、前記プロファイルを1つ以上の前記マンドレルセクション上に支持されるプロファイルセクションへと切断するためのカッタと、
を備える装置。 - 前記マンドレルセクションの非円形断面は、前記プロファイルセクションが少なくとも1つの平面を含むように直線部を含む請求項4に記載の装置
