Claims (10)
- 消音器(1)が挿入される管状の本体(2)を有する冷却系の冷却剤回路であって、前記本体(2)は空洞(3)を形成し、前記消音器(1)は、前記管状の本体(2)の前記空洞(3)に挿入されるインサート(26)として設計され、該インサート(26)は少なくとも1つの共鳴器チャンバ(5、6、7、8)と流路(4)とを区切り、該流路(4)は、接続チャネル(19、19’、20、20’、21、21’、22、22’)を介して前記共鳴器チャンバ(5、6、7、8)に接続され、前記インサート(26)は、前記管状の本体(2)の内壁に接触する少なくとも1つの外向きのウェブ(16、17、18)を有しており、該少なくとも1つのウェブ(16、17、18)は、前記インサート(26)の軸方向において前記共鳴器チャンバ(5、6、7、8)を区切り、前記インサート(26)は、前記流路(4)を形成するとともに該流路を前記少なくとも1つの共鳴器チャンバ(5、6、7、8)から分離する隔壁(9)を有し、前記隔壁(9)は、内側パイプ(10)を形成する前記インサート(26)の部分によって形成され、前記ウェブ(16、17、18)は、2つの隣接した共鳴器チャンバ(5、6、7、8)を分離する、冷却材回路。
- 前記内側パイプ(10)の内側断面積は前記インサート(26)の軸方向において変化する、請求項1に記載の冷却剤回路。
- 前記内側パイプ(10)は、前記消音器の入口(11)における入口断面積から始まり中間断面積へと狭まり、そこから前記消音器の出口(12)における出口断面積へと広がる、請求項1又は2に記載の冷却剤回路。
- 前記接続チャネル(19、19’、20、20’、21、21’、22、22’)は、前記隔壁(9)においてチャネル状の部分によって形成される、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の冷却剤回路。
- 前記少なくとも1つの共鳴器チャンバ(5、6、7、8)は、前記インサート(26)の軸方向において、外径は一定のままであるのに対して、変化する内径を有する、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の冷却剤回路。
- 前記消音器(1)は弾性的に屈曲可能な材料から作製される、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の冷却剤回路。
- 複数の隣接した共鳴器チャンバ(5、6、7、8)が軸方向に形成され、該共鳴器チャンバはそれぞれ少なくとも1つの接続チャネル(19、19’、20、20’、21、21’、22、22’)を介して前記流路に接続される、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の冷却剤回路。
- 前記少なくとも1つの共鳴器チャンバ(5、6、7、8)はその外側が前記管状の本体(2)の壁によって区切られる、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の冷却剤回路。
- 前記管状の本体はフレキシブルホースである、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の冷却剤回路。
- 前記管状の本体(2)は、前記インサート(26)が位置付けられるエリア及び軸方向に隣接したエリアで本質的に同じ直径を有する、請求項9に記載の冷却剤回路。
