Claims (15)
- 흡음기(1)가 삽입되는 파이프형 본체(2)를 갖는 냉각 시스템의 냉각제 회로에 있어서,
상기 본체(2)는 공동(3)을 형성하고, 상기 흡음기(1)는 파이프형 본체(2)의 공동(3)내로 삽입되는 삽입체(26)로서 설계되며, 상기 삽입체(26)는 적어도 하나의 공진기 챔버(5, 6, 7, 8)와 연결 채널(19, 19'; 20, 20'; 21, 21'; 22, 22')을 통해 상기 공진기 챔버(5, 6, 7, 8)에 연결되는 흐름 채널(4)을 한정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각제 회로. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 삽입체(26)는 흐름 채널(4)을 형성하고 상기 흐름 채널을 적어도 하나의 공진기 챔버(5, 6, 7, 8)로부터 분리시키는 파티션(9)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각제 회로.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 파티션(9)은 내측 파이프(10)를 형성하는 삽입체(26)의 섹션에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각제 회로.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 내측 파이프(10)의 내측 횡단면적은 삽입체(26)의 축방향으로 변화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각제 회로.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 내측 파이프(10)는 흡음기의 입구(11)의 입구 횡단면적으로부터 시작하여 중간 횡단면적까지 협소해지고, 거기로부터 흡음기의 출구(12)의 출구 횡단면적까지 넓어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각제 회로.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 삽입체(26)는 파이프형 본체(2)의 내벽과 접촉하기 위해 적어도 하나의 외향하는 웨브(16, 17, 18)를 가지며, 상기 적어도 하나의 웨브(16, 17, 18)는 삽입체(26)의 축방향으로 공진기 챔버(5, 6, 7, 8)를 한정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각제 회로.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 웨브(16, 17, 18)는 2개의 인접한 공진기 챔버(5, 6, 7, 8)를 분리시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각제 회로.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 연결 채널(19, 19'; 20, 20'; 21, 21'; 22, 22')은 파티션의 채널형 섹션에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각제 회로.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 공진기(5, 6, 7, 8)는 삽입체(26)의 축방향으로 변화하는 내경을 가지며, 외경은 일정하게 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각제 회로.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 흡음기(1)는 탄성적으로 구부릴 수 있는 재료로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각제 회로.
- 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 연결 채널(19, 19'; 20, 20'; 21, 21'; 22, 22')을 통해 흐름 채널에 각각 연결되는 다수의 인접한 공진기 챔버(5, 6, 7, 8)는 축방향으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각제 회로.
- 제1항 내지 제11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 공진기 챔버(5, 6, 7, 8)는 파이프형 본체(2)의 벽에 의해 그 바깥쪽이 한정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각제 회로.
- 제1항 내지 제12항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 삽입체(26)는 파이프형 본체(2)에의 고정을 위해 그 바깥쪽상에 클램핑 구역(23)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각제 회로.
- 제1항 내지 제13항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 파이프형 본체는 가요성 호스인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각제 회로.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 상기 파이프형 본체(2)는 삽입체(26)가 배치되는 영역 및 축방향으로 인접한 영역에서 동일한 직경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각제 회로.
