Description
Claims (5)
- タービンインペラが収容され、タービンスクロール流路を含むタービンハウジングと、
前記タービンハウジングに設けられ、前記タービンハウジングの側面から前記タービンスクロール流路に連通する導入孔と、
前記導入孔内に設けられ、排気マニホールドにおける排気ガスの排出孔を開閉するバルブであって、前記タービンハウジングに回転自在に支持されたステム、前記ステムが挿通される挿通孔、および、該挿通孔に連通し該ステムの外周面の一部を露出させる露出孔を有し、該露出孔において前記ステムに溶接される取付板、前記取付板に支持され、前記排出孔を開閉する弁体を有するバルブと、
前記露出孔において露出した前記ステムの外周面の一部を前記タービンハウジングの外部から視認可能となるように前記取付板の回転を規制する規制部と
を備え、
同一視点から見た場合、前記規制部によって前記取付板の回転が規制された状態で、前記タービンハウジングの外部から視認可能となる前記ステムの外周面の面積は、前記バルブが全閉位置にあるときに前記タービンハウジングの外部から視認可能となる前記ステムの外周面の面積よりも大きいことを特徴とする過給機。 - 前記規制部は、前記バルブの全閉位置から全開位置までの、前記ステムを回転軸とする前記取付板の回転角度の範囲外において、前記取付板の回転を規制するように設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の過給機。
- 前記規制部は、前記取付板に設けられた突起部で構成され、該突起部は、前記タービンハウジングと接触することで、前記取付板の回転を規制することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の過給機。
- 前記規制部は、前記タービンハウジングに設けられた突出部で構成され、該突出部は、前記取付板と接触することで、前記取付板の回転を規制することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の過給機。
- 前記規制部は、前記取付板に設けられた突起部と、前記タービンハウジングに設けられた突出部とで構成され、該突起部と該突出部とが接触することで、前記取付板の回転を規制することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の過給機。
