Description
Claims (10)
- 質量%で、SiO2 40〜71%、Al2O3 3〜23%、Li2O 0〜3.5%、Na2O 7〜20%、K2O 0〜15%を含有するガラス組成となるように調合したガラス原料を溶融し、板状に成形した後、Naイオンを質量で1000〜45000ppm、Liイオンを質量で1〜1000ppm含むKNO3溶融塩中でイオン交換処理を行い、ガラス表面に圧縮応力層を形成することを特徴とする強化ガラス基板の製造方法。
- 質量%で、SiO2 40〜71%、Al2O3 3〜23%、Li2O 0.01〜3.5%、Na2O 7〜20%、K2O 0〜15%を含有するガラス組成となるように調合したガラス原料を溶融し、板状に成形した後、Naイオンを質量で1000〜45000ppm、Liイオンを質量で1〜1000ppm含むKNO3溶融塩中でイオン交換処理を行い、ガラス表面に圧縮応力層を形成することを特徴とする強化ガラス基板の製造方法。
- 更にAgイオン、Caイオン、Srイオン、Baイオンの一種又は二種以上を含むKNO3溶融塩中でイオン交換処理を行うことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の強化ガラス基板の製造方法。
- オーバーフローダウンドロー法で板状に成形することを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の強化ガラス基板の製造方法。
- 圧縮応力層の圧縮応力値が700MPa以下及び/又は応力深さが40μm以下になるようにイオン交換処理を行うことを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の強化ガラス基板の製造方法。
- 得られた強化ガラス基板が未研磨の表面を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の強化ガラス基板。
- 得られた強化ガラス基板の液相温度が1200℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の強化ガラス基板の製造方法。
- 得られた強化ガラス基板の液相粘度が104.0dPa・s以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の強化ガラス基板の製造方法。
- 得られた強化ガラス基板をディスプレイのカバーガラスに用いることを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の強化ガラス基板の製造方法。
- 得られた強化ガラス基板を太陽電池のカバーガラスに用いることを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の強化ガラス基板の製造方法。
