Claims (13)
- ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO2 59~75%、Al2O3 12~14%、B2O3 4~13%、Na2O 7~13%、K2O 0~1%、MgO 0.1~3%未満、TiO 2 0~1%を含有し、質量比Al2O3/Na2Oが0.9~1.5であり、カバーガラスに用いることを特徴とする強化ガラス。
- 更に、ZrO2 0.01~0.1質量%、K2O 0.001~0.01質量%、CaO 0.01~0.1質量%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の強化ガラス。
- 曲げ加工部を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の強化ガラス。
- 圧縮応力層の圧縮応力値CSが450MPa以上であり、且つ応力深さDOLが15μm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1~3の何れかに記載の強化ガラス。
- 軟化点が950℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項1~4の何れかに記載の強化ガラス。
- 徐冷点が650℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項1~5の何れかに記載の強化ガラス。
- 歪点が530℃以上であることを特徴とする請求項1~6の何れかに記載の強化ガラス。
- 高温粘度104.0dPa・sにおける温度が1400℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項1~7の何れかに記載の強化ガラス。
- (高温粘度104.0dPa・sにおける温度)-(軟化点)が360℃以上であることを特徴とする請求項1~8の何れかに記載の強化ガラス。
- 液相温度が1150℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項1~9の何れかに記載の強化ガラス。
- 液相粘度が104.6dPa・s以上であることを特徴とする請求項1~10の何れかに記載の強化ガラス。
- 熱膨張係数が50×10-7~75×10-7/℃であることを特徴とする請求項1~11の何れかに記載の強化ガラス。
- イオン交換処理に供される強化用ガラスであって、ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO2 59~75%、Al2O3 12~14%、B2O3 4~13%、Na2O 7~13%、K2O 0~1%、MgO 0.1~3%未満、TiO 2 0~1%を含有し、質量比Al2O3/Na2Oが0.9~1.5であり、カバーガラスに用いることを特徴とする強化用ガラス。
