Description

Claims (15)
- 薄膜バッテリを製造する方法であって、
パターン化カソード集電体、パターン化アノード集電体、およびパターン化カソードのインシトゥパターン化堆積ステップであって、各インシトゥパターン化堆積ステップがシャドウマスクを用いた堆積処理によって実施されるインシトゥパターン化堆積ステップと、
当該インシトゥパターン化堆積ステップの後に実施される、前記パターン化カソード集電体、前記パターン化アノード集電体、および前記パターン化カソードの上への電解質層のブランケット堆積ステップと、
当該ブランケット堆積ステップの後に実施される、前記カソード集電体の一部分および前記アノード集電体の一部分を見えるようにするための前記電解質層のレーザパターニングステップと、
当該レーザパターニングステップの後に実施される、パターン化アノードおよびパターン化カプセル化層のインシトゥパターン化堆積ステップであって、各インシトゥパターン化堆積ステップがシャドウマスクを用いた堆積処理によって実施されるインシトゥパターン化堆積ステップと
を含む、方法。 - ボンディングパッドのインシトゥパターン化堆積をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ボンディングパッドの前記インシトゥパターン化堆積が、前記パターン化アノード集電体の前記インシトゥパターン化堆積ステップの後である、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記ボンディングパッドの前記インシトゥパターン化堆積が、前記パターン化アノードの前記インシトゥパターン化堆積ステップの後である、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記ボンディングパッドの前記インシトゥパターン化堆積が、前記パターン化カプセル化層の前記インシトゥパターン化堆積ステップの後である、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記ボンディングパッドの前記インシトゥパターン化堆積が、前記電解質層の前記レーザパターニングステップの後である、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記カソードをアニールすることをさらに含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記ボンディングパッドの前記インシトゥパターン化堆積が、前記カソードアニールの後である、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記アノード集電体および前記カソード集電体が同時に堆積される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記カソードをアニールすることをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記アノード集電体が、前記カソードアニールの後に堆積される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 電解質層の前記ブランケット堆積ステップが、前記電解質層をRFスパッタリング堆積することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記電解質層がLiPON層である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 薄膜バッテリを製造する方法であって、
パターン化カソード集電体およびパターン化カソードのインシトゥパターン化堆積ステップであって、各インシトゥパターン化堆積ステップがシャドウマスクを用いた堆積処理によって実施されるインシトゥパターン化堆積ステップと、
当該インシトゥパターン化堆積ステップの後に実施される、前記パターン化カソード集電体、および前記パターン化カソードの上への電解質層のブランケット堆積ステップと、
当該ブランケット堆積ステップの後に実施される、前記カソード集電体の一部分を見えるようにするための前記電解質層のレーザパターニングステップと、
当該レーザパターニングステップの後に実施される、パターン化アノード集電体、パターン化アノード、およびパターン化カプセル化層のインシトゥパターン化堆積ステップと
を含む、方法。 - ボンディングパッドのインシトゥパターン化堆積をさらに含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
