Description
‐流体回路は、貯蔵タンクの方向に熱エンジンの冷媒回路に接続された冷媒回路部を備え;
‐このシステムは、冷媒回路部に設置された冷媒循環手段を備え;
‐流体回路は、貯蔵タンクの方向に熱エンジンの潤滑油回路に接続された潤滑油回路部を備え;
‐このシステムは、冷媒回路部及び潤滑油回路部に設置された油循環手段を備え;
‐冷媒回路部に設置された循環手段は電動ポンプを備え、潤滑油回路部に設置された循環手段は電動ポンプを備え;
‐電気駆動システム及び内燃機関駆動システムの作動条件並びに貯蔵タンクの温度に関して、冷媒回路部に設置された循環手段及び潤滑油回路部に設置された循環手段を電子制御ユニットで制御し;
‐熱貯蔵タンクは、冷媒回路部に接続された冷媒交換回路を備え;
‐貯蔵タンクは、内燃機関エンジンの潤滑油回路に接続された油交換回路を備え;
‐固定子は横方向の開口を備え、開口の軸は固定子の軸と平行であり、開口は熱パイプの端部を受承するように設計されており;
‐固定子は、熱パイプの端部を受承するように設計された開口を備える要素で囲われ;
‐制御ブロックは、熱パイプの端部を受承するように設計された開口を備え;
‐熱タンクは、熱パイプの端部を受承するように設計された開口を備え;
‐貯蔵タンク並びに流体回路及び油回路のそれぞれは、電子制御ユニットと協働する少なくとも1つの温度センサを備える。
‐熱貯蔵タンク14;
‐冷媒回路15a;
‐潤滑油回路16a
に設置し、電子制御ユニット25と協働させる。
Claims (5)
- 電気駆動システム(12、13)及び熱駆動システム(11)を備える、ハイブリッドドライブトレインを有する自動車両の電気駆動システムを冷却するためのシステム(10)であって、前記熱駆動システム(11)は、少なくとも1つの流体循環回路と熱貯蔵タンク(14)を備え、
冷却するための前記システム(10)は、前記熱貯蔵タンク(14)を備え、かつ当該熱貯蔵タンク(14)は、熱パイプ(20)を介して前記流体循環回路及び前記電気駆動システムに接続されることを特徴とし、
前記流体循環回路が、前記熱駆動システムの冷媒回路(15a)に接続される冷媒回路部(15b)と、前記冷媒回路部(15b)に設置される液体循環手段(17)を備え、
前記流体循環回路が、前記熱駆動システムの潤滑油回路(16a)に接続される潤滑油回路部(16b)と、前記潤滑油回路部(16b)に設置される油循環手段(18)を備え、
前記冷媒回路部(15b)に設置される循環手段(17)、及び潤滑油回路部(16b)に設置される循環手段(18)が、電子制御ユニット(25)によって制御され、
当該電子制御ユニット(25)は、前記熱貯蔵タンク(14)内の潤滑油の温度が閾値より高い場合、熱エンジンが停止しているときでも、前記冷媒回路部(15b)の前記液体循環手段(17)の動作を制御して、冷媒を前記冷媒回路(15a)から前記熱貯蔵タンク(14)に向かって循環させることができ、そして、又は、前記潤滑油を前記潤滑油回路(16a)から前記熱貯蔵タンク(14)に向かって循環させることができ、
前記熱貯蔵タンク(14)内の前記潤滑油の温度が閾値より低い場合、電子制御ユニット(25)は当該循環を停止する、冷却するためのシステム(10)。 - 前記冷媒回路部(15b)に設置される前記循環手段(17)が、電気ポンプを備えること、及び
前記潤滑油回路部(16b)に設置される前記循環手段(18)が、電気ポンプを備えること
を特徴とする、請求項1に記載の冷却するためのシステム。 - 前記熱貯蔵タンク(14)が、冷媒回路部(15b)に接続される冷媒交換回路(23)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の冷却するためのシステム。
- 前記熱貯蔵タンク(14)が、潤滑油回路部(16b)に接続される油交換回路(24)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の冷却するためのシステム。
- 前記熱貯蔵タンク(14)、液体回路(15a)及び油回路(16a)のそれぞれが、電子制御ユニット(25)と協働する温度センサを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の冷却するためのシステム。
