Description
Claims (19)
- 内側ハブおよび外側ハブを含む注入セットであって、前記内側ハブおよび前記外側ハブのうちの少なくとも一方は挿入装置により解放可能に固定される、注入セットと、
挿入装置ボタンおよびばねを含む挿入装置であって、前記挿入装置ボタンは、注入位置での位置づけのために前記ばねを解放して前記注入セットを駆動するように構成されている、挿入装置と、
前記内側ハブの表面に配置された第1接着層と、
前記外側ハブの表面に配置された第2接着層と
を備え、
前記第1接着層は前記第2接着層から離れている、
注入システム。 - 前記内側ハブと前記外側ハブとの間をつなぎ、それらの間に流体連通路を提供する、可撓性管をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の注入システム。
- 前記挿入装置は、
前記ばねの端部に配置されて、前記挿入装置ボタンの動きによる解放のために構成された、ハンマーと、
前記内側ハブに回転可能に固定され、前記ハンマーによって当たられるように構成された、テーブルと
を備える、請求項1に記載の注入システム。 - 前記テーブルは、前記外側ハブ内で、引っ込められた位置に前記内側ハブを解放可能に固定するように構成されている、請求項3に記載の注入システム。
- 前記テーブルは、第1デテントを備え、
前記内側ハブは、第2デテントを備え、
前記第1デテントは、前記テーブルを前記内側ハブに解放可能に固定するように、前記第2デテントと回転可能に係合するように構成されている、
請求項3に記載の注入システム。 - 前記挿入装置は、前記挿入装置ボタンとスライド可能に結合され、前記外側ハブと頑固に結合されている、下部挿入装置ハウジングをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の注入システム。
- 前記外側ハブは第3デテントを備え、
前記下部挿入装置ハウジングは第4デテントを備え、
前記第3デテントは、前記挿入装置を前記外側ハブに解放可能に固定するように、前記第4デテントと回転可能に係合するように構成されている、
請求項6に記載の注入システム。 - 前記ばねは、制御された速度で、好ましくは3.3フィート/秒(1.0m/秒)よりも速い速度で前記注入セットを置くように構成されている、請求項1に記載の注入システム。
- 請求項1に記載の注入システムであって、該注入システムは、皮膚表面の上部3mmに薬物を送るための深さにニードルを挿入して維持する注入システムであって、
皮膚表面に粘着的に固定されるように構成された内側ハブと、
皮膚表面に粘着的に固定されるように構成された外側ハブであって、前記外側ハブは前記内側ハブを取り囲むように構成された、外側ハブと、
前記内側ハブを前記外側ハブとフレキシブルに結合して、それらの間に流体連通路を提供する、可撓性管と
を備え、
前記外側ハブは、単に前記可撓性管を通して前記内側ハブにつなげられ、前記内側ハブは、前記外側ハブを前記皮膚表面に固定する前記接着層から離れた前記接着層を用いて前記皮膚表面に粘着的に固定される、
注入システム。 - 請求項1に記載の注入システムの挿入装置であって、
挿入装置ボタン、および、前記挿入装置ボタンとスライド可能に結合される下部挿入装置ハウジングであって注入セットの外側ハブとリジッドに結合されるように構成された下部挿入装置ハウジングと、
前記下部挿入装置ハウジング内に解放可能に固定されたハンマーと、
前記挿入装置ボタンおよび前記ハンマーの間に収められたばねと、
前記注入セットの内側ハブを回転可能に固定するように構成され、前記ハンマーにより当てられるように構成されたテーブルと
を備え、
前記挿入装置ボタンは、注入位置での位置づけのために前記テーブルに当たり、前記注入セットを駆動するように、前記ハンマーを解放するように構成されている、
挿入装置。 - 前記テーブルは、前記外側ハブ内で、引っ込められた位置に前記内側ハブを解放可能に固定するように構成されている、請求項10に記載の挿入装置。
- 前記テーブルは、第1デテントを備え、
前記内側ハブは、第2デテントを備え、
前記第1デテントは、前記テーブルを前記内側ハブに解放可能に固定するように、前記第2デテントと回転可能に係合するように構成されている、
請求項10に記載の挿入装置。 - 前記外側ハブは第3デテントを備え、
前記下部挿入装置ハウジングは第4デテントを備え、
前記第3デテントは、前記挿入装置を前記外側ハブに解放可能に固定するように、前記第4デテントと回転可能に係合するように構成されている、
請求項12に記載の挿入装置。 - 前記ばねは、制御された速度で、好ましくは3.3フィート/秒(1.0m/秒)よりも速い速度で前記注入セットを置くように構成されている、請求項10に記載の挿入装置。
- 請求項1に記載の注入システムの挿入装置であって、
挿入装置ボタン、および、前記挿入装置ボタンとスライド可能に結合される下部挿入装置ハウジングであって注入セットと結合されるように構成された下部挿入装置ハウジングと、
前記挿入装置ボタンおよび前記下部挿入装置ハウジングの間に収められたばねと
を備え、
前記挿入装置ボタンは、注入位置での位置づけのために前記注入セットを駆動するように、前記ばねを解放するように構成されている、
挿入装置。 - 前記ばねは、制御された速度で、好ましくは3.3フィート/秒(1.0m/秒)よりも速い速度で前記注入セットを置くように構成されている、請求項15に記載の挿入装置。
- 請求項1に記載の注入システムにおける注入セットであって、
内側ハブ、および、前記内側ハブの表面に配置された第1接着層と、
外側ハブ、および、前記外側ハブの表面に配置された第2接着層と
を備え、
前記第1接着層は前記第2接着層から離れ、前記内側ハブおよび前記外側ハブのうちの少なくとも一方は、挿入装置により解放可能に固定される、
注入セット。 - 前記内側ハブと前記外側ハブとの間をつなぎ、それらの間に流体連通路を提供する、可撓性管をさらに備える、請求項17に記載の注入セット。
