Description
中間層を介して面状に互いに結合された外側パネル及び内側パネルと、
中間層の内部における、少なくとも1つの活性層を備えた切換え可能な機能エレメントと、
外側パネルと活性層との間に面状に配置された赤外線保護層と、を有しており、
該赤外線保護層は、赤外線帯域に対する反射特性を備えた少なくとも3つの機能層を有している
という特徴を有している。
a)赤外線保護層を、外側パネルの内側表面又は第1のキャリアフィルムの表面に被着するステップと、
b)切換え可能な機能エレメントを備えた中間層を、外側パネルと内側パネルとの間に面状に配置するステップと、
c)外側パネルを、中間層を介して内側パネルに結合するステップと、
を少なくとも有している。
図1に示した本発明に係る、電気的に切換え可能な光学特性を備えた合わせガラスが製造される。赤外線保護層3は、外側パネル1の内側表面への被着後に熱処理される。そのために被覆された外側パネル1は、7分間640℃の温度に加熱される。次いで赤外線保護層3を備えた外側パネル1、プレラミネートされた機能エレメント8及び内側パネル2は、第1の熱可塑性の接着フィルム12及び第2の熱可塑性の接着フィルム13の上に、約120℃の温度及び約2バールの圧力でラミネートされ、合わせガラスが形成される。
比較例1は、実施例とまったく同じに検査された。相違は赤外線保護層3にある。赤外線保護層3は、従来技術におけるように、銀製の2つの機能層だけを有している。さらに赤外線保護層3は外側パネル1に被着されているのではなく、PET製の別の熱可塑性フィルムに被着されており、この別の熱可塑性フィルムは、第1の熱可塑性の接着フィルム12とプレラミネートされた機能エレメント8との間に埋め込まれて複合体を形成している(Southwall XIR-75 PET)。合わせガラスは、同じWOM試験で調べられた。求められた値ΔEは、表1に記載されている。
比較例2は、実施例とまったく同じに検査された。しかしながら実施例とは異なり、合わせガラスは、赤外線保護層3を有していない。この合わせガラスは、同じWOM試験で調べられた。求められた値ΔEは、表1に記載されている。

Claims (18)
- 電気的に切換え可能な光学特性を備えた合わせガラスであって、
中間層(11)を介して面状に互いに結合された外側パネル(1)及び内側パネル(2)と、
前記中間層(11)の内部における、少なくとも1つの活性層(5)を備えた切換え可能な機能エレメント(4)と、
前記外側パネル(1)と前記活性層(5)との間に面状に配置された赤外線保護層(3)と、を少なくとも有しており、
該赤外線保護層(3)は、赤外線帯域に対する反射特性を備えた少なくとも3つの機能層(14)を有しており、
前記少なくとも3つの機能層(14)は、それぞれ2つの誘電層(15)の間に配置されており、
前記機能エレメント(4)は、面状に第1のキャリアフィルム(9)と第2のキャリアフィルム(10)との間に配置されており、第1のキャリアフィルム(9)は、少なくとも第1の熱可塑性の接着フィルム(12)を介して前記外側パネル(1)に結合され、第2のキャリアフィルム(10)は、少なくとも1つの第2の熱可塑性の接着フィルム(13)を介して前記内側パネル(2)に結合されており、
前記赤外線保護層(3)は、第1のキャリアフィルム(9)の、第1の熱可塑性の接着フィルム(12)に向いた表面に被着されていて、前記機能エレメント(4)は、外側のプレート電極(6)と内側のプレート電極(7)とを有していて、該外側のプレート電極(6)と内側のプレート電極(7)との間に、前記活性層(5)が面状に配置されているか、

前記赤外線保護層(3)は、第1のキャリアフィルム(9)の、前記活性層(5)に向いた表面に被着されていて、外側のプレート電極(6)であり、前記機能エレメント(4)は、前記外側のプレート電極(6)と内側のプレート電極(7)とを有していて、該外側のプレート電極(6)と内側のプレート電極(7)との間に、活性層(5)が面状に配置されている、

- 800nm〜900nmのスペクトル帯域における、前記赤外線保護層(3)の平均透過率は、15%以下である、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の合わせガラス。
- 請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の合わせガラスを製造する方法であって、
a)前記赤外線保護層(3)を、前記外側パネル(1)の内側表面又は第1のキャリアフィルム(9)の表面に被着するステップと、
b)前記切換え可能な機能エレメント(4)を備えた前記中間層(11)を、前記外側パネル(1)と前記内側パネル(2)との間に面状に配置するステップと、
c)前記外側パネル(1)を、前記中間層(11)を介して前記内側パネル(2)に結合するステップと、

- 800nm〜900nmのスペクトル帯域における、前記赤外線保護層(3)の平均透過率は、10%以下である、請求項8記載の合わせガラス。
