Claims (14)
- 燃料ノズルチップ、燃焼キャップ組立体及びトランジションピースからなる群から選択される部品の製造方法であって、
部品の母材金属を掘削して充填領域を形成するステップであって、充填領域が燃焼ゾーンと1以上のディフューザとを囲むステップと、
充填領域を金属充填材で充填するステップと
を含んでおり、
金属充填材が、母材金属の母材金属伸び率よりも25%以上大きい金属充填材伸び率を有しており、
金属充填材が、質量で、0.005%のC、0.150%のMn、0.005%のP、0.002%のS、0.03%のSi、15.50%のCr、16.0%のMo、3.50%のW、0.15%のV、0.10%のCo、6.00%のFe、残部のNi及び不可避不純物という組成を有する、方法。 - 充填が溶接による、請求項1記載の方法。
- 溶接がガスタングステンアーク溶接である、請求項2記載の方法。
- 溶接がMIG溶接である、請求項2記載の方法。
- 溶接が摩擦溶接である、請求項2記載の方法。
- 金属充填材が、溶体化焼鈍ミクロ組織を有する、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 金属充填材伸び率が、2インチ(5.1cm)当たり35%超である、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 充填領域が、1以上のディフューザを囲む第1のゾーンと燃焼ゾーンを囲む第2のゾーンとの間にあり、第1のゾーンが700〜900°F(371〜482℃)の温度に耐性であり、第2のゾーンが1300〜1500°F(704〜816℃)の温度に耐性である、請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 母材金属の掘削によって除去される領域が健全な材料である、請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 補修領域が母材金属の掘削によって除去され、補修領域が1以上の疲労特徴部を有する、請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 母材金属が鋳造金属又は熱間圧延金属である、請求項1乃至請求項10のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 部品が燃料ノズルチップであり、充填領域が、燃焼ゾーンを囲むとともに、1以上のディフューザを囲むように部品の表面に沿って複数の方向に延在する、請求項1乃至請求項11のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 燃料ノズルチップ、燃焼キャップ組立体及びトランジションピースからなる群から選択される部品の製造方法であって、
部品の母材金属を掘削して充填領域を形成するステップであって、充填領域が燃焼ゾーンと1以上のディフューザとを囲むステップと、
充填領域を金属充填材で充填するステップと
を含んでおり、金属充填材が、母材金属の母材金属伸び率よりも25%以上大きい金属充填材伸び率を有しており、金属充填材伸び率が、2インチ(5.1cm)当たり35%超である、方法。 - 部品が燃料ノズルチップであり、充填領域が、燃焼ゾーンを囲むとともに、1以上のディフューザを囲むように部品の表面に沿って複数の方向に延在する、請求項13記載の方法。
