Claims (4)
- 冷凍サイクルの凝縮器と蒸発器との間に設けられ、前記凝縮器により凝縮された冷媒を減圧して前記蒸発器に送り出す絞り装置であって、
前記凝縮器に接続される一次室と前記蒸発器に接続される二次室とを構成する本体ケースと、
弁ポートが形成され前記本体ケース内で前記一次室と前記二次室との間に配設された弁座部材と、
前記弁ポートの軸線に沿って移動することにより前記弁ポートの開度を可変にする弁体と、
前記弁ポートの軸線に平行なガイド面であって、前記弁座部材に対して前記二次室側に配置されたガイド面と、
前記弁体を前記弁ポート側に付勢するばね部材と、
前記弁体の側面と前記ガイド面との隙間であって、前記弁ポート側から前記弁体の背圧室に前記冷媒を流す導入路と、
を備え、
前記弁体と前記ガイド面の一方または他方に設けられた羽根部材であって、前記弁ポート側から前記背圧室に流れる冷媒の流れの下流側に端部を有する羽根を前記弁体と前記ガイド面の他方または一方に当接させることで、前記弁体と前記ガイド面の他方または一方と、前記羽根との間に摺動抵抗を付与する羽根部材が設けられ、前記羽根の端部に、該羽根が当接する対象と点接触または線接触する曲面部を備えた
ことを特徴とする絞り装置。 - 前記羽根部材が前記弁体に設けられ、前記羽根が前記ガイド面に当接することで、前記ガイド面と前記羽根との間に摺動抵抗が付与されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の絞り装置。
- 前記羽根部材が前記ガイド面に設けられ、前記羽根が前記弁体の側面に当接することで、前記弁体と前記羽根との間に摺動抵抗が付与されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の絞り装置。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の絞り装置が、凝縮器と蒸発器との間に設けられていることを特徴とする冷凍サイクル。
