また、本発明の別の円形部材の内周長測定方法は、置台が上面に上方に突出する凸状支持部を有し、この凸状支持部の上に円形部材を無拘束の状態で平置きして、この無拘束の状態で平置きした前記円形部材の内側の所定の測定位置に二次元センサを配置して、この二次元センサを前記円形部材の内周面に対して非接触の状態で対向させて、前記円形部材の内側の所定位置を中心にして回転させることにより、前記二次元センサから前記内周面までの離間距離を前記円形部材の全周の範囲で測定し、測定した前記離間距離と、平面視の前記所定位置と前記二次元センサとの距離と、に基づいて演算部により前記円形部材の内周長を算出することを特徴とする。

Claims (5)
- 置台が水平状態から起立した状態に起伏可能に構成され、前記置台の表面に間隔をあけてこの表面から突出する複数の突出部を設けておき、前記置台を起立した状態で、2つの前記突出部に円形部材の内周面を係合させて前記置台に載せた後、前記置台を水平状態にすることにより、前記円形部材を前記置台に無拘束の状態で平置きして、この無拘束の状態で平置きした前記円形部材の内側の所定の測定位置に二次元センサを配置して、この二次元センサを前記円形部材の内周面に対して非接触の状態で対向させて、前記円形部材の内側の所定位置を中心にして回転させることにより、前記二次元センサから前記内周面までの離間距離を前記円形部材の全周の範囲で測定し、測定した前記離間距離と、平面視の前記所定位置と前記二次元センサとの距離と、に基づいて演算部により前記円形部材の内周長を算出することを特徴とする円形部材の内周長測定方法。
- 前記突出部を前記置台の表面に対して出没可能に設けておき、前記円形部材を前記置台に平置きした後、前記突出部を前記置台の表面よりも下に没入させた状態にする請求項1に記載の円形部材の内周長測定方法。
- 置台が上面に上方に突出する凸状支持部を有し、この凸状支持部の上に円形部材を無拘束の状態で平置きして、この無拘束の状態で平置きした前記円形部材の内側の所定の測定位置に二次元センサを配置して、この二次元センサを前記円形部材の内周面に対して非接触の状態で対向させて、前記円形部材の内側の所定位置を中心にして回転させることにより、前記二次元センサから前記内周面までの離間距離を前記円形部材の全周の範囲で測定し、測定した前記離間距離と、平面視の前記所定位置と前記二次元センサとの距離と、に基づいて演算部により前記円形部材の内周長を算出することを特徴とする円形部材の内周長測定方法。
- 前記置台が上面に上方に突出する凸状支持部を有し、この凸状支持部の上に前記円形部材を無拘束の状態で平置きする請求項1または2に記載の円形部材の内周長測定方法。
- 前記二次元センサがレーザセンサであり、無拘束の状態で前記置台に平置きした前記円形部材に隣接する前記置台の隣接部分の表面を、前記レーザセンサが照射するレーザに対して乱反射する低反射面にしておく請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の円形部材の内周長測定方法。
