Description
本試験では活性成分として二酸化ケイ素を選択し、表1に示すように、A2〜A4の組成でそれぞれフラックスを調製し、A1組はフラックスを用いず、本発明の方法でそれぞれアークスタッド溶接試験を行った。本試験では締結物としてM6スタッドを用い、金属品として2mmのステンレスシートを用い、溶接条件として溶接電流300A、溶接時間0.4秒、引き上げ距離2mmを設定し、アークスタッド溶接装置を使用して溶接を行った。図2〜5は溶接を完成した後、A1〜A4組の溶接品をそれぞれ切り取って金属顕微鏡で撮影した溶接ビードを示す。
上記の試験(A)のように、本試験では活性成分として二酸化チタンを選択し、表2に示すように、B2〜B4の組成でそれぞれフラックスを調製し、B1組はフラックスを用いず、本発明の方法でアークスタッド溶接試験を行った。溶接条件は上記の試験(A)と同様にして、アークスタッド溶接装置を使用して溶接を行った。図2、及び図6〜8は、溶接を完成した後、B1〜B4組の溶接品をそれぞれ切り取って金属顕微鏡で撮影した溶接ビードを示す。
フラックスを用いなかったC1組は比較対照のものであり、上記のA3組のフラックスをC2組とし、上記のB3組のフラックスをC3組とした。溶接電流は400Aを設定し、他の条件は上記の試験(A)と同じで、それぞれ本発明の方法でアークスタッド溶接試験を行った。図9〜11は、溶接を完成した後、C1〜C3組の溶接品をそれぞれ切り取って金属顕微鏡で撮影した溶接ビードを示す。
(D)締結物の寸法及び電流の強さの影響:
本試験では、フラックスを用いなかったD1組とD3組を比較対照用の組とし、上記のA3組のフラックスをD2組とD4組とした。本試験では、締結物としてM4スタッドを用い、D1組とD2組の溶接電流を250Aに設定し、D3組とD4組の溶接電流を300Aに設定し、その他の条件は上記の試験(A)と同様にし、それぞれ本発明の方法でアークスタッド溶接試験を行った。図12〜15は、溶接を完成した後、D1〜D4組の溶接品をそれぞれ切り取って金属顕微鏡で撮影した溶接ビードを示す。

Claims (5)
- 活性成分及び二元化合物を含み、前記活性成分は重量百分率で30〜55%の二酸化ケイ素であり、前記二元化合物は重量百分率で30〜55%の酸化ニッケル、10〜35%のフッ化アルミニウム及び5〜25%のフッ化ニッケルであり、前記二元化合物の解離エネルギーは前記活性成分の解離エネルギーより低い、アークスタッド溶接に用いられるフラックス。
- 活性成分及び二元化合物を含み、前記活性成分は重量百分率で30〜55%の二酸化チタンであり、前記二元化合物は重量百分率で30〜55%の酸化ニッケル、10〜35%のフッ化アルミニウム及び5〜25%のフッ化ニッケルであり、前記二元化合物の解離エネルギーは前記活性成分の解離エネルギーより低い、アークスタッド溶接に用いられるフラックス。
- 溶接部を有する締結物を提供する段階と、
溶接領域を有する金属品を提供する段階と、
請求項1または2に記載のフラックスを前記金属品の溶接領域に塗布する段階と、
前記締結物の溶接部を前記金属品の溶接領域に接触して、前記締結物に電流を印加する段階と、
電流が流れている状態で、前記締結物の溶接部及び前記金属品の溶接領域が溶融状態になるまで、前記締結物を前記金属品から引き離し、前記締結物と金属品との間に電弧を発生させる段階と、
前記締結物の溶接部を前記金属品の溶接領域に押し込むように前記締結物に圧力を加える段階と
を含む、アークスタッド溶接方法。 - 前記フラックスを塗布した後、前記金属品及び前記締結物を不活性ガスの環境下に置いて、前記締結物の溶接部を前記金属品の溶接領域に接触して前記締結物に電流を印加する段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のアークスタッド溶接方法。
- 前記フラックスを塗布した後、セラミックのリングで前記締結物の溶接部と前記金属品の溶接領域を囲み、前記締結物の溶接部を前記金属品の溶接領域に接触して前記締結物に電流を印加する段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のアークスタッド溶接方法。
